At Long Last Emmy, Sarah Paulson

 Honestly I really did not watch that much of the Emmy Awards last night. That being stated I did catch what I thought was a brilliant opening monologue by Jimmy Kimmel and as he pointed out, Sarah Paulson brought along the best plus one of the evening. In case you didn't see them at all it was none other than attorney Marcia Clark who she was nominated for portraying in American Crime Story: The People v OJ Simpson.

Marcia proved to be Sarah's good luck charm as she finally won a long overdue Emmy Award for bringing her to life in the limited series. 

Ms. Paulson dedicated most of her speech to Clark when she accepted the gold.

Way to go Sarah! So glad you finally won, and I am impressed with your savvy in choosing Clark as your date for the evening. This will be one of those Emmy moments for the books!

Rather than bore you with opinion, recaps and images from yesterday's Superbowl 50, like everyone else I thought I would kick off the week with some whimsy.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt braved a blizzard in Boston (a real one, not the tasty one from Dairy Queen) - to accept the Hasty Pudding Man of the Year Award from Harvard.

Sporting a balloon hat that rocked JGL was the king of his domain.

I say we make balloon hats a trend for this week, put one on at least one day of your choosing. It will make you smile.

Hey, we all need more levity in our lives.

Helen Mirren Sucks On Jimmy Fallon

Mirren & Fallon: They Switched Balloons, Helen Wanted The One That Matched Her Dress, Damn It!

Helen Mirren stopped by The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon last night and she sucked! The talented and amazing looking actress who just let loose her L'Oreal campaign joined Jimmy in a Q & A where they each sucked helium out of a balloon when speaking. 

Mirren's balloon was blue and matched the dress she was wearing, Fallon's was red. They accessorized well.

Fallon asked her everything from where she keeps her Oscar to giving her an award of a stuffed panda and having Ms. Mirren give and acceptance speech. Oh an of course there were plenty of entendres to be had.

Not to mention when the balloon actually broke some wind Mirren pretended it was her own.

I love Helen Mirren, she is a highly regarded actress who has not one uptight or pretentious bone in her body, she really knows how to cut loose! Check out the video below and have a terrific Tuesday!

So, here is a little something on yours truly, I love horror, I can't wait for the premiere of "American Horror Story" on October 17th! My favorite horror movie of all time is the original "Halloween" - Alfred Hitchock's "Psycho" is a close second.

I love haunted houses and hay rides and if I could be a supernatural creature I would love to be a vampire - oh and the late great Tony Scott's "The Hunger" is my favorite vampire movie ever.

The devil would be a second choice as a hot supernatural creature to be.

Also I have been in two horror projects, the Here TV Show "The Lair" where I played a "Leather Daddy Vampire" and the hot award winning flick Joe Castro's "The Summer of Massacre" where I play an undercover cop who gets his skull crushed in by The Boogeyman...!
