At Long Last Emmy, Sarah Paulson

Dynamic Duo
Marcia Clark & Sarah Paulson
Honestly I really did not watch that much of the Emmy Awards last night. That being stated I did catch what I thought was a brilliant opening monologue by Jimmy Kimmel and as he pointed out, Sarah Paulson brought along the best plus one of the evening. In case you didn't see them at all it was none other than attorney Marcia Clark who she was nominated for portraying in American Crime Story: The People v OJ Simpson.

Marcia proved to be Sarah's good luck charm as she finally won a long overdue Emmy Award for bringing her to life in the limited series.

Ms. Paulson dedicated most of her speech to Clark when she accepted the gold.

Way to go Sarah! So glad you finally won, and I am impressed with your savvy in choosing Clark as your date for the evening. This will be one of those Emmy moments for the books!

And How's Your Love Life?

Keeping It Real
Lady Gaga & Taylor Kinney
Photo: Taylor Kinney
This is what happens when you hire Lady Gaga as guest editor for the Spring issue of your magazine V. Copious amounts of creativity with a side of S-E-X. Most likely that's why she got the job in the first place, you knew you would not be let down!

Gracing the cover is an image of Gaga and her husband to be Taylor Kinney covered in paint post making love on a paint canvas on the floor. The post sex selfie shot by Kinney. What, were you expecting...Martha Stewart Living

Oddly or perhaps not so much, the idea was Taylor's.

"I asked Taylor to collaborate with me on a project to raise money and awareness about mental illness, and he immediately brought my attention back to this idea." Gaga states.
Are you scratching your head at this image? The dynamic duo intends for the photo to be a beacon of love during a particularly torrid time in international affairs.
"During tumultuous times, we hope everyone in the world will see this and be reminded to love each other wildly, generously, totally, colorfully, without fear and with compassionate hearts," Gaga spills on the site. "We made a galaxy of endless colors with only brief, black holes of emptiness that are then filled by each other."
Hey you two, invite me to tag along next time!
The issue will be available online on Jan. 14 and all proceeds of the $50 issue will go to Lady Gaga's Born This Way foundation.

Last week the Wall Street Journal premiered the album’s first single, “Happy in the Sorrow Key.” Written by Amy Ray, “Happy in the Sorrow Key” was a track Ray previously started writing and revisited after the loss of her father. It’s not about death, but it’s about impermanence, Ray explains. “Its kind of the opposite of ignorance is bliss, and me saying I’m happier when I know the facts, and when I know the pain, and I know all the sorrow in life and am faced with things.”
