"When I was a child I had a fever, My hands felt just like two balloons, Now I've got that feeling once again, I can't explain you would not understand, This is not how I am, I have become comfortably numb" - Pink Floyd "Comfortably Numb"
Ever get the abovementioned feeling?! I sure have, but in the words of Barbara Streisand & Donna Summer "Enough is Enough!" BTW abovementioned is a legal term for those of you who think I pulled that out of someone's ass. "Yes" I am on the prowl and quite dangerous, deal with it!!!
Slippery When Hard
Seeing the magical Ariel Beesley Friday @ The Satellite - yeah, she's like a unicorn
Joe Jackson dead at 89 - he was Michael's father
Poor Heather Locklear - I really mean that
Kylie Jenner has a secret to "cake free" concealer - Ummmmmmm...
A hot NFL husband, yeah, that's what I need
Just kidding, I have a guy who's hotter than Georgia Asphalt
I love Freeform's The Bold Type! There I said it
Hello Kitty violates all sorts of natural laws

That time when you are waiting to see the Dr. and they have Kim Cattrall & Andrew McCarthy on in Mannequin
Did you ever wonder???
Nothing is worse than a needy ______ it's blank, fill it in!!!
When all else fails what is it you do?
Your Mama don't dance and your Daddy don't Rock-N-Roll - Damn! That's F#cking harsh!

Film Buff Friday: The Return of Swamp Thing

From it's campy ad campaign &  cinematic tone. To Heather Lockler's nimble performance, what's not to love about this silly 1989 movie available 5/8/2018? I thought so...
After her mother's mysterious death, Abigail Arcane (Heather Locklear) travels to the Florida swamps to confront her resurrected evil stepfather Dr. Anton Arcane (Louis Jourdan). In an attempt to stave off the effects of aging, Dr. Arcane, assisted by Dr. Lana Zurrell (Sarah Douglas), combines genes from various swamp animals and human beings, creating an army of monsters known as Un-Men. When Abby arrives, Dr. Arcane is hell-bent on taking his own stepdaughter's life in the name of science... that is until she is rescued by SWAMP THING in this must-see sequel to the original cult classic and based on the award-winning DC Comics series!
From the executive producers of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Benjamin Melniker and Michael E. Uslan and legendary cult film director Jim Wynorski (Chopping Mall, Not of This Earth),The Return of Swamp Thing features an all-star cast that includes Heather Locklear (Melrose Place, Uptown Girls), Louis Jordan (Swamp Thing, Octopussy), Sarah Douglas (Superman II, Conan The Destroyer) and Dick Durock (Raw Deal, Stand By Me) returning as the SWAMP THING.

Traci Lords "Last Drag"

It has been 16 years since pop icon Traci Lords album “1000 Fires“, was released in 1995. The first single off of it, “Control”, went double platinum, climbing to #2 on the Billboard Dance Charts. It was also featured on the Mortal Combat sound track.

The album’s second track, “Fallen Angel”, was showcased in the Denzel Washington/Russell Crowe film “Virtuosity.”

Well the notorious TL returns to the dance floor with a brand new high energy single “Last Drag.” I caught up with Ms. Lords in New York, before her fitting for the grand opening of Studio 54, in New York City.

MS: Hey Traci, how are you?

TL: I’m here in New York, Sirius Radio is doing a one night thing tonight at Studio 54, to celebrate their new channel that they are launching, that is dedicated to all the music of that era. MS: Well I know you have a wardrobe fitting for the big evening soon, so I have a little quickie thing I want to do with you.

TL: I beg your pardon?! You and everybody else honey! (laughs)
