It's Quite Simple

Gillian Anderson

"Feeling that one has a right to live however one chooses to live, and identify however one chooses to identify - it's quite simple, actually" - Gillian Anderson

Think about it, but not too much.

Indeed...

Served Cold

Gillian Anderson & Hannah Einbinder

They say revenge is a dish served cold...at least the signage states that things are frosty in this image. Well it looks to me like there is no revenge happening in this photo and it's anything but cold, in fact it's smoking hot!!!

The hot twosome here is one Gillian Anderson and one Hannah Einbinder in a publicity photo for their upcoming sapphic horror yarn Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma directed by indie darling Jane Schoenbrun. The tale was a huge hit at the Cannes Film Festival and hits theaters August 7th.

I'm really excited to see this one and can't wait! In the meantime we'll have to make do with being teased by these sexy photos of the two leads

Sigh...

Hump Day & Chill

Not A Creature Was Stirring...
Gillian Anderson & Creature From The Black Lagoon

Twas the last Hump Day & Chill before Halloween and all through the world creatures were stirring quite loudly and doing more than going bump in the night...Boo!!!

Well we are going to have a Halloween Hump Day & Chill to two of my favorite things, Gillian Anderson and the Creature From The Black Lagoon together at last and loving it.

OK, I cop to being not being a fan particularly of The X-Files, but I love Ms. Anderson especially her performance as Lily Bart in The House of Mirth, not to mention her current Netflix hit Sex Education.

And who doesn't love the Creature From The Black Lagoon? I ask you? Yeah, I know you never answer, moving on...

Only 5 more days until Halloween Minions, Yay!

Good Vibrations

What A Feeling!
David Duchovny - Gillian Anderson & Stella

Let's kick the week off with some Good Vibrations shall we? "Yes" we shall! Here is a photo posted on Instagram the other day by one Ms. Gillian Anderson with her dog Stella that reunites her with her X-Files co-star David Duchovny.

I was never really into the show and merely watched it a handful of times. Translation: I only watched when friends of mine guest starred on it. This being stated, this duo is nonetheless iconic in the cannons of pop culture and seeing them together definitely sends Good Vibrations.

Throw Gillian's dog Stella into the mix and you got some high octane Good Vibrations. Can you feel them? I certainly can!

So I send you off into another week of unknown adventure with this lovely reunion to keep visions of sugar plums dancing in your head.

Dance sugar plums, dance!!!

Blonde & Blonder

Who Sported It Best?
Reese Witherspoon & Gillian Anderson

In what appears to be a battle of the blondes, here is a shot of Reese Witherspoon & Gillian Anderson at AFI Awards in Los Angeles.

It appears Gillian is staking claim on Blonde Ambition while Reese is aiming for the Blonde Next Door.

Maybe the pair will do a movie together. 2 Broke Blondes or perhaps 2 Blondes A Brunette & A Pizza Place.

Whatever the scenario, let's face it, there is never enough blonde in the world!!!

Cheers!

Gillian Anderson, Moist

I Bring You Moisture
Gillian Anderson

It's no mystery the X-Files with Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny is back. Yes, geeks Scully & Mulder together again!

Gillian has always been one of my favorite actresses. Quite versatile, with amazing presence and talent. I will never forget when I saw her as Lily Bart in Terence Davies adaptation of the Edith Wharton novel The House of Mirth, which was a house of anything but FYI. She was riveting!

Feast your eyes on Ms. Anderson promoting the X-Files recently at Fox's TCA panel in Pasadena.

Educated guess, she is moist for some cryptic reason. Perhaps to be deciphered in an upcoming X-Files episode.

The Truth Is Out There, but guess what? You'll never ever find it....
