Today's Monday Motivation comes takes on the form of eating healthy. "Yes" like Michelle Obama, practitioner of delectable edibles (say that three times fast.)
OK, I usually do eat healthy otherwise I would not have lost fifty pounds. But I've been really playing fast and loose with my eating habits of late. Thus this week will be a quite disciplined one, I swear by the lemon water I am imbibing at present, right here, right now.
FYI here's a life hack for you, not only is water with fresh squeezed lemon in it delicious, it also burns fat. "Yes" it really does, don't believe me? Look it up, ask your Doctor or anyone versed in nutrition - Michelle Obama knows this factoid I am sure!
Back to the week at hand. It's time to Monday and my Motivation is squarely in place. Translation - I have my menu planned for the week of what I am going to eat and am not veering from it.
Now it's time to conquer the week, meal by meal.

It's Halloween, Witches!

It's Halloween, Witches! Thus I thought I would throw in everything but the cauldron sink today as, to me this is truly the most wonderful time of the year!
As most of you horror buffs know the above lyrics are from the horror flick Halloween III: Season of the Witch, which was pretty damned good and original, scary, maybe not too, but interesting? Yes!
It was the only film in the Halloween canon that did not have my future husband Michael Myers in it.
Continuing on with my Halloween related getting my freak on. I became obsessed with a vampire app on Instagram that let's me take photos of myself with various degrees of blood running out of my mouth and behaving like a carnivorous fiend. FYI in case you didn't know I am a freak for vamps.
So to wish you all a Happy, Happy Halloween I took a special one just for Entertain Me today, right here right now. Yeah, that's me in the spotlight. I'm losing my religion. Seriously that ship sailed a long time ago...
Tonight I am hitting the West Hollywood Halloween Carnival with my buddy Scott Jacobs in tow. It's tradition. Lot's of scantily costumed men will also be in attendance.

Here for your viewing pleasure is a couple I would definitely join as a plus one. Fergie and Josh Duhamel at the premiere of his movie Spaceman.
Spaceman is the story of former MLB pitcher Bill "Spaceman" Lee following his...oh who gives a fuck. I am more interested in how beautiful these two look together and filling in the blanks of being their third wheel.
FYI - for the record, I think Fergie is hotter than Josh, but there is an underlying edge to his good looks that suggest some interesting basic instincts.

It's no mystery the X-Files with Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny is back. Yes, geeks Scully & Mulder together again!
Gillian has always been one of my favorite actresses. Quite versatile, with amazing presence and talent. I will never forget when I saw her as Lily Bart in Terence Davies adaptation of the Edith Wharton novel The House of Mirth, which was a house of anything but FYI. She was riveting!
Feast your eyes on Ms. Anderson promoting the X-Files recently at Fox's TCA panel in Pasadena.
Educated guess, she is moist for some cryptic reason. Perhaps to be deciphered in an upcoming X-Files episode.

Wake up people! Planned Parenthood is about women's health issues, while "yes" they do perform abortions but that is merely a small part of what happens there percentage wise. Oh, and PS, sometimes abortions are performed for the Mother's health and survival FYI.
Also since when is a woman's uterus property of the U.S. Government?
Her is a transcript via E!Online of her Twitter conversation with people who called her out:
"Every time s--t like this happens, john and I immediately make another donation to planned parenthood," she wrote.
She drew many negative and sarcastic responses and got into heated arguments, which carried over into Saturday morning.
"Maybe you should make a donation to the Colorado Springs Police Department," one person wrote.
"it might seem insane, but it's possible to support two things at once. I suggest you do the same," Teigen replied.
"Happy to see you support. Just wanted to make sure you remembered people lost their lives today," another person added.
"I don't need you to check where my feelings and mind are," Teigen responded. "I'm an adult. I'm good. Thank you."
Then there was some name-calling.
"@chrissyteigen remember how this wasn't about PP? But no need to correct yourself with facts, that doesn't fit your agenda," another user wrote.
"But it is, you idiot," she replied.
And there was some more naughty language.
"It would be wonderful if you could promote this as quickly as you promoted donating to PP," a user wrote, linking to a crowdfunding page raising money for the family of the police officer who was killed in the shooting.
"Oh f--k off," Teigen said. "Nothing is ever enough for you, is it? How about you donate?"
The unfollows followed.
"Extremely fine with any unfollows," she tweeted. "Would prefer it over your ignorant rants but I'm prepared either way. Nothing I haven't seen before."
And when it got really petty, husband John Legend got involved.
"I am a published author who typed in a hurry. Focus less on gramerical errors and more on @PPFA killing kids," one person wrote, addressing Teigen and another user.
"Gramerical," Teigen joked.
"@chrissyteigen That's an American grammatical error, which means it's actually correct no matter what," Legend replied.

An Ode To Helena Bonham Carter

For those of you who think Ms. Helena Bonham Carter only has a career because of her partner Tim Burton, that just proves how Mother F#cking young you are!
She has been around for a while and has had a quite successful acting career long before that.
I first remember seeing the amazingly talented Helena in the great film "A Room With A View" if you don't know it, check it, with my friend Jennifer DiMartino of the "Americana With Twisted Roots" band, The Drews, she is a fellow Helena fan, FYI.
Not to mention the lovely film "Howard's End" and one of my all time favorites "Fight
Club."
Helena's career has been a unique one, she has always marched to the beat of her own drummer and ALWAYS let her freak flag fly!
Here is what she has to say about why she does not have a stylist:
"I've had a stylist once or twice, but it doesn't really work out because basically, I don't like being told what to wear. I don't like being told what to do, so there's no point. A lot of people suggest that I should."

Bring On The Drinking Games! The Golden Globes Sunday January 12th

Do I care who wins? Hell to the no! Do I like to see glamour? Well of course don't we all? But what truly saddened me was I missed Tina Fey and Amy Poehler's co-hosting antics, not to mention their sure fire way to get you wasted while watching drinking game.
Well this year I will not be denied! I will be watching this magic duo grab my funny bone out of my body, chew it up and spit it out, and drink along with their diabolical plan to get the celebs in attendance and the audience at home D-R-U-N-K, thanks ladies!
FYI, just my L-U-C-K they have upped the ante, Lord I am going to be a goner this year!
Fey states: "Any time you see a gown with sleeves, you're going to drink. Any time they cut to Tom Hanks for a reaction shot, do five push-ups and you will be ripped by the end of the ceremony."
Poehler's went further: "How about this for a drinking game? Every time I drink, everybody at home should drink. And if Bryan Cranston speaks, everybody has to do a little bit of meth. Just a touch, because that's all you need, just a touch."
