During the program, Tanya and Tavis discuss her career, the ever-evolving world of country music, and Tanya’s future--including her current tour and recording plans. Tavis Smiley is known as one of television’s best interviewers, and he has been a fixture on the PBS late-night lineup since 2004. Recent guests on his show include musician Boz Scaggs, actress Susan Sarandon, and current presidential candidate Sen. The contest ends with an extraordinary grand prize with the ultimate Dollywood vacation package. Every person who enters at an in-park kiosk during the month of May is entered for the grand prize, A Dollywood Summer Vacation. This incredible prize includes four tickets to Dolly Parton’s Pure and Simple concert on Saturday, Aug. 8 at 7 p.m. and a meet and greet with Parton prior to the concert.
