"Dizzy," the New Single from NYC’s WYLDLIFE, Is a Swaggering Love Letter to BritPop’s MTV Glory Days

++++

New LP 'sorted.' Out May 16

Fueled by infectious riffs, shout-along choruses, and undeniable charm, WYLDLIFE delivers a sound that nods to the golden age of ’70s punk, glam rock, and power pop. Their music crackles with raw energy and a sense of timeless cool, fusing melody, attitude, and a rebellious streak into every track. With a deep reverence for rock 'n' roll's icons, they channel the high-voltage swagger of the past while injecting a sharp, modern edge—creating songs that grab you instantly and live shows that hit like a bolt of electricity.

Reflecting on the new single "Dizzy", vocalist Dave Feldman says, “In writing “Dizzy,” we just wanted people to have that feeling of coming home from school in 1995, turning on MTV and hearing some “choooon” from the UK. Personally, I never want to lose that feeling or exit that headspace. We always told journalists ‘we love BritPop’ and we did it way before it was cool (again). Well here you go, folks: Here’s our love anthem to BritPop.”

"Dizzy" will appear on the band's forthcoming Wicked Cool Records release, 'Sorted.'
