On October 28, the gritty and gory revenge drama Ms .45 receives its global 4K UHD debut. The cult classic by director Abel Ferrara (King of New York) features a new 4K restoration from the original 35mm camera negative. The limited edition set is filled with hours of special features, a poster, and book. The release will also be available on Blu-ray.
Thana (Zoë Tamerlis Lund, Bad Lieutenant), a mute seamstress, is assaulted by a mugger on her way home from work. Then, upon entering her apartment, she discovers a burglar waiting inside. During the second attack, she wrestles away his gun and kills him. Pushed past her breaking point, Thana refuses to remain a victim. By night, she prowls the streets of New York, targeting any predatory man who dares to cross her path. She may be mute, but the Big Apple is about to hear her roar.
