The Notorious LL sent her image up in a funny commercial for Esurance during the Superbowl.

Ms. Lohan who was arrested for a DUI in May 2007 comes tearing down the street in a banged up mini van and attempts to pick up two kids in the ad that is geared toward the company's CoverageMyWay plan.
