Look it's Carole Baskin! No It's Kate McKinnon as Carole Baskin to be exact. "Yes" Minions it's filming, the mini-series no one asked for but we are getting Joe Exotic based on the Netflix docu-series Tiger King.

Kate McKinnon is obviously portraying Baskin in it for Peacock. Baskin as you may or may not recall (depending on whether or not you saw Tiger King) was accused by Joe Exotic of feeding her husband Don Lewis to a tiger.

Needless to say I love Kate and thinks she will slay in the role. This being stated honestly the actual show was so surreal does one really need a fictionalized account of it?

Perhaps the creative team behind this endeavor will do something that will truly be unique and surprising.

In the meantime bask in all the glory that is Kate, bask I said!!!

I have a confession to make, I have not seen Tiger King. Yet, because of the wonder of Social Media I feel like I have. Yeah, there's that. 

Well the media frenzy has extended to celebs dressing like Joe Exotic during their quarantine downtime. File that under things to do in Hollywood when one is bored.

My pick for the best Joe Exotic get up is Rob Lowe pictured above. It's pretty eerie, and there's a feral intensity to Rob that really shouts "Exotic."

Thus it makes perfect sense that he and the ubiquitous Ryan Murphy are developing their own version of the truth is stranger than fiction story.
