"Flash Bang"

Jarvis Anderson

"Flash Bang," the newest offering from perennial indie pop outfit Iglu & Hartly, has singer/producer Jarvis Anderson take us on a wild ride through a relationship rocked by a bombshell. Told amongst a backdrop of thumping drums, warm and beautiful analog synth lines noodle highly rhythmic verses as the song explodes into visceral and undeniable choruses ("If it's easy, it's too good to be true.”)

At times part Doobie Brothers, 80’s hard rock, and a spattering of signature precision rapping, "Flash Bang" is an eccentric mix of styles and flavors that only Iglu & Hartly can make taste this good.

"Flash Bang" began as a song that Jarvis had originally written for another project with collaborators Brandon Eisenbeis and Dave Orton.

He recalls, "The song always had a place in my mind. I've thought about it often and it felt amazing to revisit it with Iglu & Hartly energy."

Jarvis brought the song to the finish line with Ethan Kaufaman and Will Brierre at The Arcade in Sunland, CA.

The Long Dark Trail

"Directors Kevin Ignatius and Nick Psinakis have created a nightmarish angle on those movie-like summers that define us, displaying a surreal notion that these boys may have escaped one fate but are doomed to suffer by never leaving the woods at all. If they make it out, it will certainly be a summer they will never forget."

     —Horror Obsessive

Drawing comparisons to STAND BY ME meets MIDSOMMAR, THE LONG DARK TRAIL tells the story of two impoverished teenage brothers who flee home after finally fighting back against their physically abusive father. Hoping to find and reunite with their estranged mother, they embark on a dangerous journey to a cursed forest in Northwestern Pennsylvania, not aware that she has become a disciple of a violent and sadistic cult that dwells there.

The Vagrant

HE'S NOT HOME ALONE! The 90s cult classic is back! Directed by Chris Walas - FX genius of Gremlins and The Fly - The Vagrant is a demented black comedy starring cult icons Bill Paxton (Aliens, Twister), Michael Ironside (Scanners, Starship Troopers), Colleen Camp (Death Game, Clue) and Marshall Bell (Freddy's Revenge, Total Recall) in a grimy blend of satire and grisly terror. Mild-mannered financial clerk Graham Krakowski buys a run-down starter home only to discover a vagrant, living in the empty lot across the street, keeps appearing inside. Attempts to remove the homeless man lead to a feud that spirals out of control and tests Graham's sanity as the vagrant engages him in twisted mind games, defiling his home, and framing him for gruesome murders. Beloved character actor Bill Paxton stepped up to leading man status in The Vagrant and proved his extraordinary range in a role that runs the gamut of emotions and climbs to stratospheric heights of craziness. Newly restored from the original camera negative The Vagrant is a one of a kind movie that deserves a place in any cult film collection.

Marquis de Sade's Justine

An Erotic Masterpiece from the Tortured Pen of the Marquis De Sade

Romina Power (18-year-old daughter of Tyrone Power) stars as Justine, a nubile young virgin cast out of a French orphanage and thrust into a depraved world of prostitution, predatory lesbians, a fugitive murderess (Mercedes McCambridge), bondage, branding, and one supremely sadistic monk (an outrageous performance by Jack Palance). It's a twisted tale of strange desires, perverse pleasures and the ultimate corruption of innocence as told by the Marquis de Sade.

JUSTINE is one of the most lavish and bizarre erotic shockers ever made by the notorious Jess Franco (99 WOMEN), bursting with wanton nudity, sexual perversion, and an all-star cast that also includes Akim Tamiroff (TOUCH OF EVIL), Maria Rohm (EUGENIE) and Klaus Kinski (NOSFERATU) as the Marquis de Sade. Also known as JUSTINE AND JULIET, this infamous film is now presented in a brand-new 4K restoration from the uncensored original camera negative with Dolby Vision HDR and loaded with Extras, including the alternate DEADLY SANCTUARY cut in HD for the first time ever!

The Dunwich Horror

"An overlooked gem of contemporary gothic horror"

     —Movie Geeks United

Riding high on their successful adaptations of Edgar Allan Poe, Roger Corman and American International Pictures took on that other titan of literary terror, H.P Lovecraft, in The Dunwich Horror! Dean Stockwell stars as Wilbur Whateley, a mysterious young man who travels from the small town of Dunwich to the library of the Miskatonic University which holds one of the only copies of the Necronomicon, a legendary book of occult lore that Wilbur hopes to borrow. Graduate student Nancy Wagner (Sandra Dee) falls under his malign influence and travels with him back to his home where Wilbur has plans to use her in a ritual to raise 'The Old Ones', cosmic beings from another dimension. But who, or what, is in the locked room at the top of the stairs? And what will happen if they get out? Directed by Daniel Haller, genius art director of numerous Corman classics, this was also the first screenwriting credit for Curtis Hanson, who would later direct the multi award-winning L.A. Confidential. Newly restored by Arrow Films from the original 35mm camera negative, The Dunwich Horror is among the most successful Lovecraft adaptations ever committed to film, and it has never looked better.

Big Time Gambling Boss

Considered one of the finest films in Japanese cinema, Big Time Gambling Boss will be available on Limited Edition Blu-ray for the first time on Jan. 3, 2023, the initial release from new imprint Radiance Films.

Originally released in 1968, the film was hailed by Paul Schrader as the richest and most complex film of its type, while novelist Yukio Mishima declared it a masterpiece.

The film is set in Tokyo in the thirties, where gang boss Arakawa is ill and a successor must be named. The choice falls on Nakai, but being an outsider he refuses and suggests senior clansman Matsuda instead. But Matsuda is in jail and the elders won't wait for his release, so they appoint the younger and more malleable Ishido to take the reins. Clan honor and loyalties are severely tested when Matsuda is released, resulting in an increasingly violent internal strife.

An atmospheric tale of gangland intrigue written by Kazuo Kasahara (Battles
Without Honor and Humanity) and starring Tomisaburo Wakayama (Lone Wolf and Cub, The Bounty Hunter Trilogy), and genre legend Koji Tsuruta, Big Time Gambling Boss is one of the all-time classics of the Yakuza genre. Radiance Films is proud to present this crucial re-discovery for the first time ever on Blu-ray.

Limited Edition Special Features:

  • High Definition digital transfer of the film
  • Uncompressed mono PCM audio
  • Visual essay by genre expert Chris D on the film and its place within the period and genre
  • Ninkyo 101: A masterclass with Mark Schilling, author of The Yakuza Movie Book
