Been binging Sex and the City of late (hey it's been a while) and it still holds up (with the exception of a couple later seasons in the show, that are hit and miss.)

What I truly enjoy most about it is one can always discover something new in each episode no matter how many times you have viewed it. Also that each of these women are all fabulous in their own way, and so are all of us.

"Yes" we all have it in us to be fabulous, trust me if I can be fab you can too.

So pull yourselves up by your collective panties, briefs or whatever and unleash your fabulousness into the world this weekend!

As Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall) would say: "I love you, but I love me more"

While Sagittarius Season does not officially begin until tomorrow I'm going to kick it off today. Why? Because, well I am a Sagittarian so there! 

I am more on the downhill slope of it, December 18th and as the meme above says, I'm "Just Like Fire" and being that Sagittarius is a fire sign, I'm very mindful, very aware...come let's jump into my inferno shall we??? Take the leap!

Have you seen The Substance? Well to me it is the most amazing, crazy film I've seen all year!

It's one of the few that actually got under my skin and the more I think about about it, the more I love it!!!

Thus today we are going to Hump Day & Chill with: Monstro Elisasue. If you've seen The Substance you know. If you haven't it's still a blast!

Monstro Elisasue is the combination of the two main characters in the film: Elisabeth Sparkle (Demi Moore) and Sue (Margaret Qualley) now that's entertainment for sure!!!

So join myself and Monstro Elisasue in a Hump Day & Chill kind of way.

You remember that guy Sonny Bono she started her singing career with?! Well if you don't I'm sure she will have plenty to say about him in her book, there you have that.

Cher has had quite the life and career after all.

Following My Tattoo's Advice

I got this tattoo 2 years ago to celebrate my 5th decade on the planet. I was in a good place when I got it and it's also very sound advice from me to myself and represented who I am. 

Obviously the tattoo did not give me the advice, I simply wanted it there as a daily reminder. Well a funny thing happened on the way to serenity, I got sidetracked...

I became less mindful of the permanent reminder I had etched on my upper left arm and stopped really looking at it.

Now as they say I am up and running again and take the time every morning before I start my day to really look at it as opposed to being used to it there and not paying it any real attention.

It's not always easy to "Just Let Go" but if you work on it, it gets easier and eventually will become instinctual. 

Speaking of which, I need to hit the mat today, it's time for yoga at Hollywood Forever Cemetery. It's a magical place to "Just Let Go."
