Hello and Happy Monday Minions! This was me yesterday have a quesadilla and a large Margarita rocks, no salt at Home State on Hollywood Blvd. It's my favorite morning thing to do after all.

Aside from enjoying what a beautiful day it was I remember when I was in yoga at Hollywood Forever Cemetery and the objective of the class  was to know that even though life is good there are always bad things to counteract that and to accept those as well.

Well that is something that has been the best part of being in my 50's is that I do see things that way and thus it does make navigating life much easier. Just a little wisdom from me to you heading into the week.

You take the good you take the bad and deal with it...The Facts Of Life!

A guy like me should wear a warning...have you not ascertained that by now Minions? That's why I don't think before I speak sometimes I like to be as shocked as everyone else, know what I mean?!

That's also why I don't plan out what I am going to say in my column. I just sit down at the computer and flow. Which is exactly what I am doing right here, right now. If you're happy and you know it clap your hands!

I've seen smarter cabinets at Ikea, think about it, but not too much

Pro Tip: Carry a fork with you. If someone tries to rob you pull out the fork and say: "Thank you Lord for this meal I'm about to have" and charge at them with it, the more you know

Have You Ever Dreamt Of A Better Version Of Yourself?

Well the 97th Academy Awards were this past Sunday and Social Media is still buzzing with regard to how Demi Moore was robbed of the Best Actress Oscar for the Substance. She lost to Mikey Madison for Anora. 

My favorite quip online: "Demi Moore losing to Mikey Madison is quite literally the plot of The Substance" 

I agree with this 100%! So let's put the Oscar win in perspective. In a couple of years no one will be discussing Mikey Madison and Anora, they will however be discussing Demi Moore and The Substance forever. It was a complete game changer, enough said.

Today let's all be "Marked Safe" from whatever the media says we should currently live in fear of, that's all

Madonna is doing a sequel album to Confessions On A Dance Floor. I can't wait! IMO that was the last truly good music she made.

Sorry for being a joyful little maniac about creating a life I love. It will happen again.

This past weekend I visited the Magic Kingdom at Disneyworld in Orlando, FL  with one of my oldest and dearest friends Karen Castrischer-Stegall, it was indeed magic! The above photo is of me watching the fireworks show, Karen being the savvy photog she is captured the moment. Looking up into the night sky with the colorful, happy light display brought joy and hope to my being and made me think dreams and wishes do indeed come true.

I have immersed myself in peaceful creative energy of late. That does not mean that I am unaware of what's happening in the world around me. It simply means there has to be a balance. One of the things I did as you can see above, was to hit the apps and make myself a work of art.

Remember we each are our own work of art, and while chaos surrounds us anchor yourself and make a portrait of yourself for yourself, however you like and whatever that means to you. Now what to call my portrait? It's got the "sex vibe" going thus I was thinking "Sexually Fluid" or simply "Sexual Fluid" what do you think???

Like my T-Shirt says "Good Vibes Only Please" living in Los Angeles, CA is stressful of late to say the least and personally I am tired of the negativity some cretins have aimed at the city and it's residents.

The bad mojo of false facts, politicizing a devastating situation and the fake AI images are not funny, they are in fact quite ignorant and damaging. If you or anyone you know have participated in these repellent activities please move on you are not welcome here...to the rest of you who have reached out, thank you for your compassion and "Good Vibes"

So we have arrived in 2025, how was your NYE? Was it everything you dreamed? Mine was, I spent it on the couch watching movies on streaming services until 10 pm, then it was off to Neverland (with the help of some Advil PM)
