Forget the incestual kiss between Ratliff Brothers (Patrick Schwarzenegger & Sam Nivola) on Season 3 Episode 5 of The White Lotus. The real deal is the monologue that Frank (Sam Rockwell) delivers to old friend Rick (Walton Goggins) as you can see from the excerpt above it's a doozy!

Thus we are going to Hump Day & Chill to this thing of beauty. 

Personally I was so riveted by it I've watched it three times (and counting) thus far. Not only is it fascinating to hear what is said, it is masterfully delivered by Rockwell and reacted to by Goggins.
