On February 25, Arrow Video takes a walk on the wild side with the controversial and erotic thriller, Cruising, making its world premiere on 4K UHD. Director William Friedkin (The Exorcist) cast Al Pacino (The Godfather) in a riveting film that sparked protests upon its initial release in 1980. The Limited Edition release features a brand new 4K restoration from the original 35mm camera negative in Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible), and hours of special features.

A serial killer is preying on the gay men that frequent the underground leather and S&M bars in New York City’s meatpacking district. Detective Steve Burns (Al Pacino, Serpico) is assigned to go under deep cover because he resembles the victims who have been dismembered or stabbed to death in cheap hotels around the Village. A shop owner (Powers Boothe, Red Dawn) explains the handkerchief color code to Burns, who hopes the colors in his back pockets will lure out the killer at the clubs or in the park after midnight. His investigation leads him into shadowy spaces that make him question everything from his pursuit of a murderer to his relationship with his girlfriend (Nancy Allen, Raiders of the Lost Ark). Can he truly return to his normal life when this intense investigation ends? Cruising also features Paul Sorvino (Goodfellas), James Remar (The Warriors), and Joe Spinell (Rocky).

Devastated

The Pacific Palisades

As a resident of Los Angeles and LA County I am devastated at the enormous loss the people of this city have suffered at the hands of the California Wildfires.

It destroyed a whole community single handedly the Pacific Palisades. This community was established in 1921. It was nestled on the Pacific Coast and had amazing ocean views.

This was a place of beauty that people called home. The residents that lived there are completely at a loss. 

It's existed for 104 years and took only hours to destroy it. This should give you some perspective on how truly horrible this disaster is.

While I'm not going to get political about the situation. Suffice it to say the other fires that sprang up in non related areas are suspect of arson at this point.

Today is going to be a long one with the firefighters still battling the blazes natural and otherwise.

Personally I think they should make a rom com starring this pair, it would be a real killer of a movie.

So here we are 2025 and guess what my Current Mood is Minions? Yep using the "F" word right and left is my where my mouth goes many a time throughout the day.

I had curbed my usage these past few years only to recently notice I have upped my utterance of said word. It's not necessarily in a negative context that I use it. Most of the time my go to is using it as an adjective.

Anyway it's cool to know the legendary Annie Lennox and Myself have this in common.

PS I wonder how many times she let loose with the "F" bomb while recording Sweet Dreams?
