Some days, you know the ones where you need a little something to inspire you, make you that much more motivated? Well that day is here for me today. I'm not in a bad mood or place, but I could use some extra inspiration.

Here it is in the form of actress Selma Blair who is fighting MS (Multiple Sclerosis) -  She was photographed out and about in Los Angeles on a stroll with her guy David Lyons, seizing the day and enjoying the sun.

While some days are better then others, MS is a daily battle, one that Selma doesn't let get her down. Her courage and strength to live each moment to the fullest is truly inspiring.
