Being that Busy has been living up to her name of late promoting and shooting her new talk show for E! Busy Tonight, which premieres October 28th at 10 PM - I thought it fitting she be my first Celebrity in a costume that I love celebrating the spookiest time of the year.
Thus kicking off the first of many famous peeps I present Busy Philipps as Hedwig from Hedwig and the Angry Inch.
Busy really nails the look and feel of the rock singer with a little extra something, something.
