I Can't Stand The Rain

Well the rainy season in Los Angeles is here and frankly as my byline states - "I can't stand the rain"

As a Washington State native it rained quite a lot, but that was common and it was manageable. Not so much when you live in Los Angeles. Even the littlest amount of the wet stuff can wreak havoc. People slip and slide in their cars, mudslides occur from the fires of the summer and boy do the drainage systems suck here. Thus the water gets quite saturated and streets and sidewalks are freakishly populated with mini lakes and rivers.

Bear witness to Anne Hathaway keeping it dry and real out and about in LA, yet somehow, unlike most individuals I know, she manages to look quite chic. I guess that's why she's a star and we aren't, or something like that.

The moral of today's post? Never make fun of Angelenos when they complain about the rain. Honestly it's the equivalent of a snow storm here. 

I can't wait for this sh!t to end!

Hitting The Tractor!

So here we are, it's the first day of Fall and guess who's hitting the tractor?! None other than Jennifer Garner. 

Damn Grrrrrrrrl, what did divorcing Ben Affleck do to you? You are now loco and you feel a need to mow down strawberry fields? Yeah, I'm kidding. 

I'm not really sure why Ms. Garner is sitting on top of a tractor, but it's a great visual to kick off the first day of Fall 2018. 

What's that you say, you can't believe we are winding down 2018 already. Neither can I, and neither can the my imaginary friend named Bertha.

But alas Fall is officially here despite that today it is going to be in the 80's in my neck of the world Los Angeles, CA.

Hit it, it's the Fall Equinox minions!

"Yes" I am feeling my inner Dr. Seuss today, to bad it isn't the month of May. What's that you say? "Yes" the sky is sunny because she is in LA and not gray.

Megan is walking in LA, nobody walks in LA, they are not that cray. Or perhaps they are, walking is much more fun than riding in a car, or drinking in a bar.

See what you did Ms. Fox? now I am craving a bagel and some lox. But first I must put on my socks.
