Sunday Funday

Double Scooby
Scooby Doo & Matthew Lillard

OK, here we have Matthew Lillard on what looks to be a photo from the set of one of the Scooby Doo movies where he portrayed Shaggy.

I've never seen either of them, but it appears Lillard as Shaggy is disguised as his faithful buddy Scooby. For those in the know feel free to send me any correct information you feel you'd like to share.

In the meantime does this mean Matthew ate a Scooby Snack as well?! Did he speak in Scooby's funny woice? Why is he dressed to the nine's as Mr. Doo?

If you don't have the 411 like myself, draw your own conclusions and have a Sunday Funday on yours truly!

On June 18th, Paul Schrader’s stylish neo-noir crime drama American Gigolo makes its debut on 4K UHD and Blu-ray in Limited Edition sets featuring a brand new 4K remaster from the original negative. Julian (a mesmerizing Richard Gere, in his breakthrough performance), a high-priced male escort, has the perfect car, the perfect wardrobe, the perfect house, and the perfect life. Michael's Musings

So I Tunred Myself To Face Me...
Michael Shinafelt

"Still don't know what I was waitin' for, And my time was runnin' wild"  Chages, David Bowie

This memory of myself and Brittney spending her last night in Los Angeles five years ago at Musso and Frank came up in my Facebook Memories. It made me think about changes and time. Those are two things that always will be.

So many changes in such a short amount of time these past five years, and you know what there's even more to come...

Your crown has been bought and paid for. Put it on and wear it on your head, damn it!!!

Watched Mommie Meanest on Lifetime with Lisa Rinna. I have one question? With two white parents how com the daughter in the movie had brown skin???

Writing this column with a big ole glass of lemon water. My favorite morning beverage!

Pro Tip: Don't glue anything to your b#tthole

When I'm told something is impossible I like to respond with the fact that Chucky nuked the North Pole in season three of his show...

Cheers to the ones who don't STFU and kiss the ring, the more you know

Make today and every day after count!

And just like that, I was binging Sex and the City on Netflix

Woman Crush of the Week - how could I be binging SATC and it not be Kim Cattrall as Samantha Jones, iconic!!!

Remember, I believe in you bitch!

Each experience tells you something about yourself if you let it

Caught Brooke Shields in Mother of the Bride on Netflix, mindless fun!

RIP Roger Corman

Whatever shall I do with the impulses I am currently experiencing?!?!

Hump Day & Chill

David Byrne

The Talking Heads are one of my favorite groups evuh! Their concert film Stop Making Sesnse is pure magic!

When I was in college up near Seattle a group of us from the drama department used to frequent midnight screenings of it at the Egyptian Theater there. Translation: We would get drunk and dance our asses off in front of the movie screen.

Thus in honor of this very fond memory we are going to Hump Day & Chill to what Talking Heads frontman David Byrne (above) says.

Carry On, as you were....

Double Vision

Mother & Daughter
Zoe Kravitz & Lisa Bonet

"Fill my eyes with that double vision, no disguise for that double vision" Double Vision, Foreigner

Seeing double right here, right now??? Thinking you are seeing twin sisters? Well no, not really. Here is the Mother and Daughter team of Zoe Kravitz and Lisa Bonet.

Could two women be any more beautiful? I ask you? Clearly Zoe scored the gene jackpot with Lisa as her Mom and Lenny Kravitz as her Father.

Lisa has always been a favorite of mine. She is not only gorgeous, she is talented and she does her. There is an amazing power in that. Lisa was the best thing about Angel Heart FYI.

Zoe is equally stunning and talented. Out of all the Batman movies she is my favorite Catwoman. Why? Because her portrayal nailed the character that I read in the Batman comic books when I was growing up to perfection!!!

Have a beautiful day! After this double vision how could you not???

Behind The Scenes

Here we are another Monday another work week! Thus I thought for no specific reason I'd share this Behind The Scenes photo of Martin Scorsese & Sharon Stone staight off of the set of Casino!

For the record Casino is one of my favorite Scorsese films. Sharon Stone was spectacular in it and got a rightfully deserved Academy Award Nomination for her portrayal of Ginger McKenna.

It's also a plus that this awesome photo is in evocative black and white.

There's really not much else I can add to this regarding said photo except, have a great week and hope you enjoyed the view.
