Rather than bore you with opinion, recaps and images from yesterday's Superbowl 50, like everyone else I thought I would kick off the week with some whimsy.
Yes, it's move the fuck on it's Monday! Yay! It's a perpendicular job but someone has to do it.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt braved a blizzard in Boston (a real one, not the tasty one from Dairy Queen) - to accept the Hasty Pudding Man of the Year Award from Harvard.
Sporting a balloon hat that rocked JGL was the king of his domain.
I say we make balloon hats a trend for this week, put one on at least one day of your choosing. It will make you smile.
Hey, we all need more levity in our lives.

Selebrate Superbowl 50 With Superman!

Happy Superbowl 50 people! I hope your favorite team wins, you have a fifty/fifty chance of that happening after all.
Of course Lady Gaga is guaranteed to score a touchdown for team Mother Monster performing the Star Spangled Banner.
Which brings me to this photo of Superman in the flesh, Henry Cavill. Mr. Cavill is a relative newcomer to Social Media joining the flock a mere four months ago.
He has now given fans what they have been waiting for, a shirtless selfie!
The caption read:
“Warm up phase for Superman training started today! Posting this pic to set myself a minimum goal … and force myself to actually keep going haha! @gritandteeth.”
Henry will appear next as Superman in Batman v Superman. Then he will portray him in many more film ventures, think of it like Groundhog's Day with Bill Murray.

The Return Of E.G. Daily
After seeing E.G. Daily perform an amazing show at the Whisky A Go Go this past November it was a no brainer she would return for another go at the venue.
Well yesterday I got an E-mail from the Whisky saying that E.G. will indeed be coming back to play on their legendary stage on the Sunset Strip.
Tickets are on sale now for the July 22nd, yes, you heard me correctly it ain't happening until July. Talk about planning ahead, like really ahead...
E.G. will be joined by Missing Persons this time around. Even though going to see E.G. perform another home run of a concert would be enough reason for me to go, with the addition of Missing Persons I now have a bonus reason!
Missing Persons and E.G. Daily will be performing at the Whisky a go go on Friday July 22nd. Tickets are available here, be there or miss out!

Superwoman Kris Jenner is headed to Fashion Police. I hope Margaret Cho and her exchange sound bytes about their look alike hair styles in person...
Fashion Police is ready to start keeping up with Kris Jenner!
The momager will serve as a guest co-host for the show's New York Fashion Week episode airing on Feb. 18. She'll help wrap up Fashion Week coverage for E!, joining Melissa Rivers, Giuliana Rancic, Brad Goreski and Margaret Cho to break down the hottest runways and parties.
Jenner, 60, previously appeared as a guest on Fashion Police's 2012 Halloween Special.
E!'s daily coverage of Fashion Week begins Feb. 11, and will feature exclusive content from Jenner's daughters Kendall and Kylie – who are prepping to launch their Kendall + Kylie clothing line ahead of Fashion Week – as well as Ty Hunter, Liv Tyler and more.
Fashion Police returns Feb. 16 with Grammys coverage at 8 p.m. ET, with Jenner's episode airing Feb. 18.

With an already eclectic cast that includes Laverne Cox as Frank-N-Furter, Victoria Justice as Janet, Ryan McCarten as Brad, Reeve Carney as Riff Raff, Adam Lambert as Eddie and Tim Curry as the Criminologist Narrator.
This version of Rocky Horror is set to be at the very least an interesting ride, whether it fails or not to capture fans of the film and stage production, we'll find out when it airs this fall.

It's A Gaga, Gaga, Gaga World!

So gather round peeps and get the 411 on the two huge reasons Gaga owns your ass for February....
First off the mother of all monsters will perform an "Experimental" tribute to David Bowie at the 2016 Grammy Awards on February 15th. Normally this show falls under AAAC (avoid at all costs,)
But this is inspired perfection! After all what has Gaga's career been other than one big tribute to one of the Gods of rock?
Lapping up the momentum of this blessed announcement comes another Gaga bon mot. She is officially singing the National Anthem at Superbowl 50 this Sunday! Marlee Matlin will be signing it alongside her.
Wow! This is going to be some opener to the football's biggest day. The Lady has proven she has the chops to score a touchdown with this, and while I doubt she will veer to far from a traditional delivery of such a revered song, I bet we will get some Gaga flourishes and she will make the performance all hers.
For sure she will not forget the lyrics.
