Not sure where or where or when this photo was taken, but what a delicious feast for the eyes these two make.

Because: Even though David Corenswet appears as Superman on Peacemaker Season 2 his role is non-speaking and uses previously filmed plates, not new footage of the actor. He was not present on set, but rather his image was incorporated into the scene to replace the Justice League from Season 1 and align with the new DC Universe continuity. 

Thus I will venture a guess since Mr. Cena is dressed in street clothes that he visited the set of 

Superman to get this nifty shot.

Honestly all you comic book fans can have David Corenswet to swoon over in his Superman costume. I personally will be pining for the villain Lex Luthor.

Hoult is the hottie in this outing of the man from Krypton...fight me! 

There's something so sexy about a testosterone driven bad guy who looks positively beautiful bald.

It's the weekend and aren't you happy? Well nothing says good times like a tall glass of champagne and Henry Cavill aka Superman - so I guess that makes this a Super Saturday, no?

Henry is taking 5 from promoting Mission: Impossible - Fallout and what better way to go than an refreshing adult beverage?

At present I am at my computer having a sliced grapefruit and green tea. It's 5:41 am and too early for close encounters of the alcohol kind. But later, ya know, Saturday Night when I hit the screening of Mulholland Drive on the roof top of The Montalban Theater in Hollywood, well...it's time for some of their legendary Sangria with some Silencio to top it off for good measure.

Time to start getting up and at em' - Saturday is also my favorite Spin Class -

Monday Motivation

This weeks Monday Motivation is brought to you by Anderson Cooper. "Yes" him sitting peacefully poolside is a reminder to us all to take the time for some self care.

What's do I mean by "self care" you say? Tending to ones mental and spiritual well being is as much a part of feeling good as is a hot and sweaty Spin Class or doing a few rounds of boxing on a punching bag. 

One also needs to appreciate the little things in life. The quiet times, to recharge and regroup.

Personally this is something I need to do more of than when I hit the mat in yoga once a week. One of my personal fave things to do is to take a walk and enjoy the moments of the things that I see along the way, whatever those may be.

Also starting the day of with a positive affirmation helps to set the tone for it. You'd be amazed how standing in a Superman pose to kick off your day really affects you.

So bend it like Anderson & Myself today and make your Monday magic!

With all the hype surrounding the opening of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice this Friday you would have to be living in your own private Idaho not to know that piece of trivia.

Me? I am 100% sure I will survive without going to see it. Having put it out there, one minor point of interest for me about the film is the first big screen appearance of Wonder Woman.

Yes, I was a fan of the TV Series with Lynda Carter when I was young, meaning I am now old. It was campy fun!

The take on WW in Batman v Superman judging from the trailer is decidedly more serious in tone. It's also providing the set up for the Amazonian Princess to headline her own movie. Now that is something I would haul my ass to a theater to go see.

Gal Gadot, the actress portraying WW had this to say about it in Los Angeles at a recent press conference:  "So I am so happy to be the one who is going to tell the Wonder Woman story. It is such an important story to tell. It is so important for girls and boys to have a female, strong, super hero to look up to. The more the merrier and there is plenty of room for many more women to come and I am very happy to be a part of it." 

Since I am sitting Batman v Superman out, see you when the Wonder Woman movie hits the silver screen Gal!

Selebrate Superbowl 50 With Superman!

Happy Superbowl 50 people! I hope your favorite team wins, you have a fifty/fifty chance of that happening after all.

Of course Lady Gaga is guaranteed to score a touchdown for team Mother Monster performing the Star Spangled Banner.

Which brings me to this photo of Superman in the flesh, Henry Cavill. Mr. Cavill is a relative newcomer to Social Media joining the flock a mere four months ago. 

He has now given fans what they have been waiting for, a shirtless selfie! 

The caption read: 

“Warm up phase for Superman training started today! Posting this pic to set myself a minimum goal … and force myself to actually keep going haha! @gritandteeth.”

Henry will appear next as Superman in Batman v Superman. Then he will portray him in many more film ventures, think of it like Groundhog's Day with Bill Murray.
