Happy July 4th!

Celebrating the 4th Of July with Christopher Reeve as Superman. He was truly perfect in the role that made him a star and will always be the only Superman to me.

Be careful out there and enjoy your day!

Celebrate Independence Day!

Lady Liberty
Mae West

As everyone breathing knows today is the 4th of July, Independence Day as it were. So what better way to celebrate than with one of the original independent women Mae West dressed as a patriotic Statue of Liberty circa 1970! Yay!

I'm sure there are those of you out there seeing this and thinking "Who is Mae West?" Well that is too much to go into, but let's just say if it weren't for her there would be no Madonna.

What's that you ask? How do I know this? Well I have provided you with the Wikipedia link below to discover that for yourselves.

Now zip it and Happy 4th of July Minions!!!

Current Mood: Happy Birthday America!

Why Don't You Come Up & See Me Sometime...
Stephen Colbert
While I am really not sure what to say about America's 242nd Birthday I do know that the above image of one Stephen Colbert perfectly sums up my Current Mood.

I'm not going to spill on my true thoughts and feelings about the state of our union because my Mama always said "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." Yeah, I know that has never really stopped me, but I would like today to be positive and productive

How am I celebrating? Well last night I went to a Rooftop Screening of the Billy Wilder classic Sunset Blvd. @ The Montalban Theater in Hollywood. With my friends Brittney & Naama.

We had a total blast and "yes" we could see fireworks going on in the surrounding area from the roof with a view.

Thus I leave you with a photo of the three of us, oh and don't forget to boogie in the butt, it's the fourth of July after all!

Fourthing Hard

Fourthed Hard!
Justin Theroux & Laura Dern

Normally when a Holiday is over I stop posting about it. But I decided to give the 4th of July one last go. Why? Because I saw this cool image of two of my favorites Justin Theroux & Laura Dern via Justin's Instagram with the caption "Fourthing Hard." Thus today's byline, naturally.

The main reason I thought to use it is sort of silly, sort of cool, sort of me Charlie. It's because Justin used some of the many graphics available on Instagram to add to his duo photo. I love that feature in "The Gram" and use it with frequency in my stories section. Sometimes recycling the image on my actual page or other places.

Now if only Justin would caption one of those magnificent images of him freeballing with something really provocative...one can dream can't one?

Happy 4th Of July!

I Pledge Allegiance To Your Clothes...
Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard
Whilst searching the WWW for an image that really struck my fancy today I was pretty much at the end of the road until I stumbled upon this too adorbs pic of Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard in American Flag onesies.

Nothing says independence like PJ's with the old red, white and blue plastered on them I always say starting as of now, yes, right now.

Who better than to pull this fashion statement off than cutest couple on earth Bell & Shepard? They always make me smile when I see them together as you can see how much they enjoy each others company.

So for this Tuesday, July 4th 2017 I wish you a day of laughter and levity. It doesn't get much better or independent than that I always say, starting right here, right now...

Ver-sayce: Bringing Strange Bedfellows Together

Coincidence Or Conspiracy?
Naomi Campbell, Bradley Cooper & Jennifer Garner

When I first saw this image of one of the more off beat trios you could ever imagine at the Versace fashion show in London my mind first wandered to Ver-sayce.

"Yes" I am a HUGE Showgirls fan. I have seen that film more than twenty times, thus every time I see the Versace name I always go there, and have myself a juvenile giggle.

OK so back to the strange bedfellows thing. Who but Vers-sayce could bring together Naomi Campbell, Bradley Cooper & Jennifer Garner socializing in a three way conversation?! Also a piece of trivia, three peoples names who do not get spell checked either, now that's something unique! I smell a conspiracy theory brewing...

After the 4th of July madness, descending or otherwise, it's time to be amused at the random mystery of life.

P.S. You can always leave your hat on.

Got "M.I.L.F. $"?

So Hot & So Cool
Fergie
Being that it is the 4th of July weekend I am taking something of a break and am posting things to help you get in the spirit of the holiday. What better way to party with the most awesome summer anthem you didn't know you needed until now "M.I.L.F. $" by the one and only Fergie!

I love the Duchess Of Cool, yeah that's what I call her, go ahead and use it it you like.
BTW  for those of you not in the know M.I.L.F. stands for Moms I'd Like To Fuck...and we know those mothers have $$$.

The video is motherfucking off the hook cool! It's concept? "M.I.L.F. Land" a place where women rule with money, sexual wiles and breast feed openly. It features Chrissy Teigen and Kim Kardashian among others. No man stands a chance.

                                                     Welcome To M.I.L.F. Land

An admitted bi-sexual, not a unicorn, Fergie performed at Gay Pride NY last month and has this to say about it:

"The LGBT community has been an ally to me through the years. Since I have been in the entertainment field since I was a child, I have been so supported and have had so many friends who have showed me such compassion and have been there for me"

Glad to have you as an ally Duchess Of Cool!

AHS: 6

Woo Hoo! It's Friday July 1st which means it's the 4th of July weekend aka vacation time!

I thought the first glimpse/tease from American Horror Story Season 6 or 666 as I like to now refer to it as would be a fun way to kick it off.

By the looks of it this October is going to be a devilish time on FX. My AHS theory that I am sure many of you fans share is this is the season we find out what happened to the demon baby from AHS season one Murder House.

Perhaps little Bartholomew, Lady Gaga's progeny from AHS: Hotel will be along for the ride.

Keep those theories coming and T.G.I.F!!!

Look, It's The Star Spangled Banner(s)

Happy 4th of July people!

To honor the 4th I am featuring five famous females (say THAT three times fast) - in a Catherine Malandrino designed American flag shirt/dress

So who do you think wore Old Glory better?

Halle Berry? Meryl Streep? Tatyana Ali? Wendy Williams? or perhaps Miss USA?

Celebrate your independence and cast your vote.

Have fun and be safe today!

Frivolous Friday: Scott Eastwood

The Ocean Looks So Enticing: Scott Eastwood
With the 4th of July Holiday weekend in full swing, it's time for some summertime frivolity.

By that I mean posting some skin baby!

This weeks celebrity skin belongs to Clint Eastwood's hotter than Georgia asphalt son, Scott Eastwood.

I believe Scott has been in some movies and has a role in the upcoming super villain film Suicide Squad

But hey does any of that really matter when one looks like this?

Get frivolous and enjoy the view!

Let The "Sunshine" In

Get Down Tonight!

KC AND THE SUNSHINE BAND HEADS TO WASHINGTON, D.C. FOR AMERICA'S NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION, A CAPITOL FOURTH, ON PBS

KC and The Sunshine Band Joins Barry Manilow, Alabama, Nicole Scherzinger, Hunter Hayes, Meghan Linsey, the National Symphony Orchestra, and more!

It wouldn't be the 4th of July without fireworks and sunshine, KC and the Sunshine Band that is!

Just announced, household-name 70s dance group, KC and The Sunshine Band, will help to celebrate America's 239th birthday by performing their top-selling, multi-platinum dance hits like "(Shake, Shake, Shake) Shake Your Booty," "Get Down Tonight," "That's The Way (I Like It)" and more as part of A CAPITOL FOURTH, broadcast LIVE on PBS from the U.S. Capitol on Saturday, July 4, 2015 from 8 to 9:30 p.m. ET.

The band will appear along with Barry Manilow, Alabama, Nicole Scherzinger, Hunter Hayes, Meghan Linsey, Lang Lang, Ronan Tynan, Robert Davi and the National Symphony Orchestra.

Celebrating the March release of their new 60s cover album, Feeling You! The 60s, The Founder of The Dance Revolution, Harry Wayne "KC" Casey, and his high-energy Sunshine Band plan to bring their ultra catchy Miami-born pop, funk and R&B sound to the celebration, backed by one of the greatest fireworks displays in the country. With sales of over 100 million records, nine GRAMMY nominations, three GRAMMY Awards and an American Music Award, the band is still known today as one of the most progressive acts of the 70s, and their music is still discovered daily by millions around the world through its continual placement in top box office movies, commercials, video games and more.

"It's a great honor for us to be a part of this birthday celebration for America," said Casey. "We're fortunate to be celebrating our 35th anniversary of our biggest hits this year, so it's rewarding to see that they have stood the test of time, and when our nation comes together to celebrate something as significant as our nation's birthday and our freedom, we can be a part of it. We hope our performance brings smiles to people's faces."

According to event organizers, the top-rated, award-winning extravaganza reaches an audience of hundreds of thousands, and millions more at home through the live broadcast, as well as our troops serving around the world on the American Forces Network. Twenty cameras will be positioned around the city, including the U.S. Capitol, the White House and the Washington Monument for the national broadcast. A CAPITOL FOURTH can also be heard live on the radio over NPR member stations nationwide.

Happy 4th Of July From "Entertain Me!"

Look It's Raquel Welch!
Yep it's that time again, the 4th of July when all Americans celebrate our independence, life, liberty and the pursuit of shooting off fireworks.

And what better way to start the Holiday off with a bang than this very patriotic publicity shot of Raquel Welch from one of the best "bad films" ever Myra Breckinridge.

Talk about shooting off some fireworks nothing beats Raquel Welch in sheer terms of hotness and sex appeal.

Raise a flag in her honor and have a fun, safe and sexy July 4th everyone!

Check out the trailer for Myra Breckinridge -
