No full column today, many things on my mind of late. My Mom's Birthday was yesterday it's the first one she hasn't been with me and my family.
Lots of memories came flooding back, especially those of my recent visit with her at the end of January just prior to her passing. Lots of self reflection too.
Today's Musing came out of all of that.

Hump Day & Chill

With the Oscars coming up this Sunday and everyone buzzing about Jamie Lee Curtis being nominated in the same category as her late Mom Janet Leigh (Best Supporting Actress for those not in the know) - well I couldn't help but think we all needed a collective Hump Day & Chill to Janet in her Oscar nominated, iconic role of Marion Crane in Alfred Hitchcock's classic Psycho!!!
Even though Janet lost to Shirley Jones in Elmer Gantry, she actually won. Seriously think about it. No one really remembers Elmer Gantry or Jones' win, but everyone still talks about Psycho and the infamous shower scene to this day.

So I'm going to break out my copy of Psycho and Hump Day & Chill to this masterpiece of filmmaking, join me???

Four More Days Until Six...
Hello Minions and Happy Monday March 6, 2023. In four more days, this Friday March 10, 2023 to be exact it will be time for six, Scream 6 that is.
I can not wait for the latest Scream movie!!! Advance word is it's great, not to mention brutal. Gotta love brutal, fer sure!
Also in my opinion (is there any other???) the change up to NYC is already giving me shiny and new, more menacing vibes.
Oooooooo the terror of it all, the countdown to Friday has begun...

Well today my Current Vibe is Aubrey Plaza's bronze sequin Michael Kors gown she wore to the SAG Awards.
For starters in true Aubrey style, like her (and myself,) it caused quite the commotion. Not to mention it's daring, a trait Plaza and I both share.
Guess I shouldn't crown it my Current Vibe it should be referred to as mine and her general state of being.
