Chelsea Handler |
Today let's Hump Day & Chill to these sage words from Chelsea Handler. Being it is the day before Thanksgiving I felt this may be something many of us do, and or, need to hear.
"Yes" you heard me Minions some of you are not self aware enough out there to know this is about you. So stop being so vain and step it up and start engaging in this practice. Trust me it will make yours and others Thanksgiving (and other Holidays included) much more "Peachy Keen."
And isn't "Peachy Keen" something we should all aspire to? I believe in the power of this message.
So before you gobble, gobble take some Hump Day & Chill time to, well you know, do what Chelsea says.
Your family will Thank You, instead of wishing YOU had been served with stuffing!

"Today is the day to let go of things that no longer serve you"
Here is a quote I love and has served me (so per the quote I haven't let it go) quite well Thank You very much.
Kyle Richards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills feels this quote given her recent statement about her sobriety.
"Yes" Kyle has found her bliss and she's not letting go, if you are a fan of the show you've seen her holding on tight to her new found clarity.
This new attitude has been quite divisive among the fans. I for one find it refreshing and think this is the best version of Kyle Richards we've seen on the show in years.
She is Entertain Me's poster girl for this Monday Motivation quote November 20, 2023, three days before Thanksgiving.

Evilene On Her Throne, Literally |
Believe it or not today really is World Toilet Day (there will be a link to click at the end of this post to prove it) - So what better way to honor it than my most memorable toilet scene from a movie.
Honestly don't all of you have some toilet scene from a film you saw that really pops out? I know I have a quite vivid memory of he one I'm going to flush on ya!
Mine is from the 1978 movie The Wiz starring Diana Ross as Dorothy and Michael Jackson as The Scarecrow. No, neither of them have a toilet scene, but the Wicked Witch does.
Evilene played by the formidable Mabel King (I met her once at a show biz retirement community in the Los Angeles Valley, she was something!) sits on a throne that's, well a giant toilet. So guess how the evil one meets her demise? Yep, she gets flushed down her throne!
Not the most dignified way for a Wicked Witch to go (so to speak) but more entertaining than being put to rest with a bucket of water I'll tell you what.
There's no need to direct you to celebrate today, because As If! you wont use the toilet, duh!

Frank-N-Furter |
Did you know you can get a lot of wisdom from Frank-N-Furter (Tim Curry) straight outta The Rocky Horror Picture Show?
This gem holds particular resonance with me of late. Been encountering far too many people who know everything except when to STFU!
Makes me wished I carried an ample supply of ball gags with me. But alas that would be too much to carry around on a daily basis.
Thus we will simply have make do and bend it like Frank and shout, shout, let it all out!!!
Until next time Minions when we check in with Jason Vorhees about how to remove blood stains.
TGIF!!!
