The Rockville LP, O.A.R.’s eighth studio album makes its debut at #13 on the Billboard Top 200.  The album also makes a solid impact coming in at #1 on the Independent Albums chart, #6 on the Top Current Rock Albums chart and #7 on the 

Current Digital Albums chart. Upon its release on June 10^th, The Rockville LP hit the top spot on the iTunes Rock Albums chart and #3 on iTunes Overall Albums chart. O.A.R. has been riding high propelled by the success of their hit single, “Peace,” which hit #1 this week on the iTunes Rock Singles chart coupled with television performances on The Today Show, Conan, VH1’s Big Morning Buzz Live and a national tour. 

O.A.R. is currently in the midst of a 24-city co-headlining tour with Phillip Phillips, which kicked off in St. Louis on June 12 and wraps up in Atlanta on July 26. Cleveland’s Plain Dealer newspaper called O.A.R. “visionary,” in a recent feature in advance of their show this Friday at Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica.

For every ticket sold on the tour, O.A.R. and Phillip Phillips are donating $1 to Habitat for Humanity. The tour will also host online auctions for a VIP experience in each city, including two premium tickets and an opportunity to meet with the artists. Proceeds from the auctions will go to directly local Habitat affiliates.

(singer Marc Roberge, drummer Chris Culos, guitarist Richard On, bassist Benj Gershman and saxophonist Jerry DePizzo) has logged millions of miles on the road and released eight studio albums, spawning such hit singles as “Shattered” “Heaven” and “Love and Memories” in addition to their current hit, “Peace.”  The band is renowned for their incredible live shows and sell-out performances at massive venues such as Red Rocks and Madison Square Garden.

To all you fans of Phillip Phillips and O.A.R. it's time to get off your butt and get your tour on...!

Rock band O.A.R. and Platinum-selling recording artist and AMERICAN IDOL Season 11 winner Phillip Phillips announced today a 25-city co-headlining tour which kicks off on June 12^th at the Fox Theatre in St. Louis, Missouri, and culminates on July 26^th at Chastain Park Amphitheatre in Atlanta, Georgia. Tickets for the national tour, which includes such iconic summertime venues as Red Rocks outside of Denver, Colorado, and Jones Beach in Long Island, New York.

Fan presales for the tour go on sale beginning April 8^th with the public onsales beginning on April 11^th.  For tickets and more information, fans are encouraged to go to www.ofarevolution.com or www.phillipphillips.com.

10 Random Thoughts: Moses

With his new album “Predictions”, Moses takes listeners on a sonic journey into the mind of an adventurous young man not afraid to turn the conventional on its booty. His aim? To push buttons and change minds.

"I'm Your Man", featuring XELLE, is the first single off the album. Its dirty synth sound, heavy beat, and Moses's unique voice make "I'm Your Man" a check it don't wreck it listen. Time to get random with Moses ...!

MS: Hey Moses, how are you?

Moses: I’m good, how are you?

MS: I’m fine.

Moses: Are you in Los Angeles?

MS: You got it…shall we get random?

Moses: Let’s go..!

MS: Cross Dressing

Moses: I love cross dressing. Everyone cross dresses in one way or another. A mailman in my eyes is a cross dresser, everything in life is about cross dressing.

MS: Men

Moses: Men in general are something that we see in different variations. Men are masculine, some more on the interior and others more on the surface. What makes a man a man to me is if you do something you really love to do.

MS: Archangel

Moses: Being and looking as pure as you can and then being able to go to the other side and become a dark angel.

MS: Depeche Mode

Moses: That’s a band that I have so much respect for. I adore them and I grew up listening to them. They are an inspiration to my art.

MS: Tel Aviv

Moses: It’s a beautiful place that I grew up in.

MS: Xelle

Moses: They’re great! One of the band members is Mimi Imfurst who was featured in RuPaul’s Drag Race. I love working with them, I call them my girls. They are very fearless I need people like that around me, because I am.

MS: Unicorns

Moses: I love unicorns! It’s a fantasy, everything should be like a unicorn. Unicorn is a state of mind.

MS: “I’m Your Man”

Moses: “I’m Your Man” is who I am. It is my first exposure to the world, it introduces me. It says this is who I am, this is how I look and this is how I sound…take it or leave it.

MS: The 10 Commandments

Moses: Oh, the first one is: Thou Shall Not Stop Dancing (laughs)…I always say I have 11 commandments, because there are 11 tracks on my album. Having my own set of commandments is a lot more fun!

MS: “Predictions”

Moses: My prediction for my future is to continue making and performing music. The biggest prediction I have is I am going to perform at Madison Square Garden!
