Shade Slang Meaning - Shade is a subtle, sneering expression of contempt for or disgust with someone—sometimes verbal, and sometimes not.

Tis the season, summer that is, for shade. "Yes" it's the most sunglasses time of the year, Yay! However shade is also a slang term as illustrated above for the unfamiliar. OK, seriously who doesn't know it's alternate meaning other than the standard one: comparative darkness and coolness caused by shelter from direct sunlight.

Here we have one Ms. Bella Throne leaving the Beverly Hills Hotel illustrating both types of shade from my perspective. 

That's correct Minions see Bella shelter herself from direct sunlight whilst  giving off what appears to be a subtle expression of contempt.

Being that it is the first day of Daylight Savings Time I thought it appropriate to do a post on the movie Midnight Sun, because, duh, we will be getting more sunshine. Not all the way until midnight, but it has been know to happen 'til 8 pm.

The plot goes like this:

"MIDNIGHT SUN is a romantic tearjerker about 17-year-old Katie Price (Bella Thorne), sheltered at home since childhood with a rare genetic condition, a life-threatening sensitivity to sunlight. Having only her father Jack (Rob Riggle) for company, Katie's world opens up after dark when she ventures outside to play her guitar. Well Katie good luck with the time change. Not sure how that is going to work for you. 

This being stated I happen to like Bella Thorne. She is one of the more interesting actresses in young Hollywood. She not only is beautiful, she also possesses talent and and charisma.

It's been a spell since we have had a fiery red headed star and Thorne, star of the Freeform show Famous in Love fills that void very well, thank you very much.

So you just know when I saw this photo of her in a leopard print dress online I had to run it. Of course  you did because that is what you are viewing, right here, right now.

While I was never really familiar with the starlet until the Freeform show Famous In Love, the show itself is not my thing, but I did binge watch because I find Thorne so interesting to watch. On, and off screen as well.

Yes, there is something about Bella. IMHO her full potential has yet be seen or tapped into. Whatever the fate of Famous In Love I'm sure Thorne will never want for work.

Things That Make U Go, WTF?!

When I first saw this photo I went "WTF?!" to me, myself and I. I really couldn't tell who it was or what was going down with in it.

Honestly, I still only sort of know now after reading about it. The pink lady in question is actress and beauty Bella Thorne of the Freeform show Famous in Love which I binge watched, it was OK, but Bella has what is referred to as the "it" factor and whether the show goes to a second season or not her career will go on.

Now to the gentleman with the box on his head, apparently he is a musician who goes by the name of Blackbear. WTF?! as in Who The F#ck is that? I mean I suppose I could do a Google search on him and find out something that would help me solve that mystery, but I really don't have enough interest to do that at present. Perhaps I will later, or perhaps not. My feeling is if I have to do that to know anything about you, then your publicist and yourself are not doing a proper job and maybe, just maybe there isn't anything worth finding out.

Yeah, I know sort of harsh, but unless I am going to interview him or have heard any music he has done....well, you get the picture. 

So until I decide to do a search on him, Blackbear will be a "whatever" to me, and maybe that is for the best.
