My Mom Jayne

Watched My Mom Jayne last night on MAX...WOW!!!

Mariska Hargitay does a most excellent job at the helm of this documentary about her journey reclaiming her mother's story and her own.

I really can't say too much more about it other than there were two revelations that were quite surprising.

A must see!!!

Hump Day & Chill

You've Got To Have Friends
Scarlett Johansson & Jonathan Bailey

"I believe in being able to show the love in all different ways and if you can’t kiss your friends... life is too short not to" - Jonathan Bailey

While I don't wrap my head around why everyone is making such a big deal over Jurassic World Rebirth co-stars Scarlett Johansson and Jonathan Bailey planting a kiss on one another (he is gay after all) It's obvious to me they have a connection and are very fond of each other.

The only thing I can fathom is perhaps it would annoy people in the Midwest and religious types? Well whatever to that!

Personally I say we Hump Day & Chill to this act of friendship and love.

Now get out there and get your own life.

Current Mood

Richard Dreyfuss & Bruce

"You're gonna need a bigger boat" Brody, Jaws

Ever get to feeling overwhelmed, like there is something bigger than you that one can't control? I bet that is the feeling of most of us these days.

Well seeing Richard Dreyfuss as Matt Hooper looking apprehensive as the great white shark gets close to the boat in Jaws sums this up.

Hey, all you can really do is take care of yourself and the only control you have is your reaction to the situation. Yeah, it sounds trite, but it's 100% truth!

So get in touch with your inner Matt Hooper and make sure you are doing your best with the things you can't control.

Oh, and in case you haven't heard Jaws turned 50 this year!

15 Years Of "Pretty"

I've been seeing posts from the cast members of Pretty Little Liars on Instagram of late celebrating 15 years of the show.

Wow! Really?! "Yes" indeed!!! PLL premiered on June 8th 2010. While I missed the exact date that still doesn't mean we can't celebrate this milestone now., right??? It's still 15 years old and counting...

I remember watching the show out of curiousity because it had so much buzz. I was hooked immediately! I actually still watch the reruns on MAX to this day (busted!)

Being that it is Pride Month I'd thought we'd honor the show with the coupling of Alison DiLaurentis (Sasha Pieterse) and Emily Fields (Shay Mitchell)

The fans went wild when Emison happened, I know this fan did.

Happy 15 Pretty Little Liars!!!
