Walking In LA...

Saw this while walking to my local 7-11 in front of DeSano Pizzeria in my hood. The juxtaposition is what caught my attention.

Let's face it, one of these things is not like the other. DeSano Pizza isn't trash at all, it's delicious!

How this ended up in front of the Pizzeria is beyond me, so I simply accepted it and moved on.

You still can't help but miss whatever it was. Even if it isn't true how you see it in your head vs how it actually was. Says David

Here is the one and only Elizabeth Taylor on the set of Cleopatra. When offered the role Ms. Taylor asked for one million dollars to portray the Queen of the Nile. This was an unheard of salary for an actress at the time.

As the story goes she asked for said amount because she thought they wouldn't pay it. Well much to her surprise they did!

Here's what she said about it:  “If someone is dumb enough to offer me a million dollars to make a picture, I’m certainly not dumb enough to turn it down.”
