Joined by special guests Violent Femmes and Colin Hay of Men At Work, the Ladies are once again recreating their winning formula with performances in 30+ amphitheaters across the country. Tour kicks off on June 5 ^th in Columbus, OH and wraps on July 26 ^th in Seattle, WA. Tickets go on sale as early as Friday, February 13 ^th at 10am local time in select markets and every tour date will have VIP upgrade packages available. "I Like You" Debby Holiday

One of my favorite singers and people, Debby Holiday is back with a new twist on a chart topping classic "I Like You."

The song celebrates the 30-year anniversary of Phyllis Nelson’s original. It was a #1 hit on the Billboard Dance Chart in 1985. 

I checked in with Debby to get an exclusive comment for Entertain Me on her current gem:

PTX Have risen, yet again this October, just in time for Halloween!

Pentatonix, have scored their 2^nd top 10 debut in a month on Billboard’s Top 200 Album Chart with their latest release That’s Christmas To Me.  The album lands at #9 on the Top 200 and #1 on Billboard’s Seasonal Album Chart with over 32,000 units sold, propelled by the video for the quintets arrangement of Fleet Foxes’ “White Winter Hymnal,” which was viewed more than 1 million times in its first four days (now with over 1.4 million views).  The group’s first holiday effort, PTXMas also re-enters the Seasonal Album Chart at #12, causing for 2 albums simultaneously in the Top 15 on the Seasonal Chart. 

The album follows their highly successful 4^th EP, PTX Vol. III which debuted in September at #5 on Billboard’s Top 200.  The group released 4 music videos in support of the EP, “Problem”, “La La Latch”, “Papaoutai” ft. Lindsey Stirling and “Rather Be”  which have been viewed over 25 million times.

That’s Christmas To Me features the title track, a Pentatonix original, as well as a host of seasonal favorites, a one-of-a-kind holiday mash up, featuring Tori Kelly, and a bonus track arrangement of the modern classic, “Let It Go”, from Disney’s blockbuster Frozen. To help kick off the holiday festivities, PTX is set to perform on The Today Show on November 26.

Hark The Herald Pentatonix Sings

I caught the PTX gang at an exclusive intimate show at The Roxy in Los Angeles, CA last night where they closed with their rendition of "Hark the Herald Angels Sing" off of their just dropped Christmas CD. 

They mixed the song up with an old fashioned revival style gospel arrangement that is da bomb!

Congrats to my friends Pentatonix for hitting it with a major label, you guys deserve it!

RCA Records is excited to announce the signing of vocal sensations and internet phenoms Pentatonix.  Since their debut in 2011, the quintet has released 3 albums (PTX Volume 1, PTXmas and PTX Volume 2) selling over 500,000 copies combined.  Online, the Pentatonix YouTube channel boasts well over 445 million views with more than 5.6 million subscribers, is the #61 most subscribed-to channel and #16 most subscribed-to music channel. The group recently sold out their 32-date North American tour and is currently on a sold out European tour, which concludes May 18^th in Dublin, Ireland.

Their most recent album PTX Volume 2 debuted at #10 on Billboard’s Top 200 Album Chart and features 3 original songs and 5 covers including a 7-song Daft Punk medley for which the video has garnered over 65 million views.  PTX Volume 2 follows PTX Volume 1 and PTXmas. Both albums originally debuted on Billboard’s Top 200 Chart and re-entered the chart in December 2013, with the deluxe version of PTXmas leading the charge. With the addition of new tracks “Little Drummer Boy” and “Go Tell It On The Mountain,” PTXmas has sold more than 200,000 copies and reached #1 on Billboard’s Digital Albums Chart. A Great Big World will be crisscrossing the globe this year when they launch an expansive international run, the appropriately titled "A Great Big World Tour". This marks their return to Europe and sees them hit numerous territories for the first time. The tour also perfectly coincides with the launch of the group's latest single "Already Home". With an elegant piano intro, the song builds into another impressive, inspiring, and infectious chorus from the group. It's another majestic anthem from A Great Big World following upon the stratospheric success of “Say Something” with Christina Aguilera which has reached international multi-platinum sales.

About “Already Home”, A Great Big World adds, "We wrote this song years ago, but it's kind of spooky how much the lyrics mean to us now that we've been away touring for months. We're realizing that 'home' doesn't need to be a tangible and physical thing. It can be that quiet place that is always there inside of you, or the love that exists between two people, no matter how far apart. So in that sense, we are always 'home."

In support of the song and critically acclaimed debut album, Is There Anybody Out There? [Black Magnetic/Epic Records], the tour starts on May 10^th with the iconic Los Angeles radio show Wango Tango, and then sees the New York pop duo of Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino visit at least twelve countries over the course of four months.

Axel and Vaccarino preface the tour saying, "It's pretty unbelievable that we've reached a point where we're able to travel half-way across the Earth, and have fans coming to see us and support us. That's why we write. That's why we perform - to connect. The world is beginning to feel a lot smaller than our name suggests!"

On April 1, A Great Big World’s music returns to hit Fox show Glee as the group’s uplifting anthem“Rockstar” will be covered by the cast during a pivotal episode. This is the second time Glee has chosen to perform one of the group’s songs. In 2013 the Glee cast performed “This Is the New Year” (video) and helped launch the song to its viral success.  Get ready to hear “Rockstar” like you’ve never heard it before.

It's been a magical journey thus far for the group. In addition to debuting at #3 on the Billboard Top 200, Is There Anybody Out There? received widespread critical acclaim upon its release in January. 

Their breakthrough triple-platinum mega-hit with Christina Aguilera, "Say Something,” ignited a fast rise to success back in November 2012. Axel, Vaccarino, and Aguilera gave a stirring performance on NBC's The Voice followed by enchanting and electrifying turns at the American Music Awards and The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. 

As their profile grew, the single entranced the entire world, eventually selling over three million digital songs at a rapid rate in the U.S. alone.
