40th Anniversary Limited Edition with New 4K Restoration
Coming November 27th
Exclusive Limited Collector's Edition includes 2 Blu-rays, Soundtrack CD, collectible booklet, reversible sleeve, and special 3D lenticular slipcover (First Pressing Only)

Just in time for its 40th Anniversary, Blue Underground is proud to present ZOMBIE in a brand-new 4K Restoration from the original uncut and uncensored camera negative.

In Italy, it was considered the 'unofficial sequel' to DAWN OF THE DEAD. In England, it was known as ZOMBIE FLESH EATERS and banned as obscene. In America, it was called ZOMBIE and advertised with the depraved tag line "WE ARE GOING TO EAT YOU!"

Michael's Musings

We Are Living In An Ethereal World
Michael Shinafelt
20 more days 'till Halloween, Halloween, Silver Shamrock! That's correct peeps it's only 20 more days until Halloween. Nothing, quite frankly scares me more than the current state of the union

But most of all we all need to focus on what makes us happy during these trying times. Let's get excited, and be, be, be obscene!

I'm vulgar AF - deal with it!

Dear Donald Trump - I wanna be there when a cactus dry humps your ass. Sincerely, one of your biggest fans

Met up with E.G. Daily this week and chatted about her upcoming single and movement "So Pretty" wait for it...

It's October, mark me down as scared and horny

The American Music Awards happened??? I know this only because there were headlines about them after, but when were they actually?

My ultimate goal? Someone mean Tweets me and I get to go on Jimmy Kimmel Live and read it

Lady Gaga's ex, Taylor Kinney is praising her performance in A Star Is Born. Now you can sleep peacefully.

What horror archetype do you have sexual fantasies about?

I saw Mommy kissing Jack Skellington underneath the Jack-O-Lantern

Byline of the week: "Cardi B. proves naysayers wrong at AMAS - she can have it all!" Well Okee Dokee then

Michael Myers
Michael Myers, Michael Myers, Michael Myers

“Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore,
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door.
Tis some visitor," I muttered, "tapping at my chamber door —
Only this, and nothing more." - The Raven, Edgar Allan Poe

If I keep you safe, will you keep me wild?

Bring me something that will rock my world! Do it deadbeat and do it now!

I just tripped on a ghost and got a big boo boo!

The Alarm, will ignite their 19-date North American tour promoting Equals (the critically lauded new album which has simultaneously put the band back on the charts on both sides of the Atlantic), by performing an acoustic set at Kulak’s Woodshed in Los Angeles on October 24th before appearing at the legendary Roxy Theater on Sunset Boulevard, the very next night on October 25th.  It’s been 31 years since The Alarm have performed at The Roxy, so this is sure to be a special night and exciting way to kick off the North American tour.

Prior to the tour, Mike Peters and The Alarm are also taking part in the Love Hope Strength Foundation fund-raising trek Rock The Canyons from Oct. 14-20, 2018 which will take the band, cancer survivors, supporters and musicians (including Robin Wilson of Gin Blossoms and Billy Duffy of The Cult), into the depths of The Grand Canyon to perform a unique concert followed by a Golf Day and finale event at the ARCIS Desert Pines Golf Club in Las Vegas on Oct. 20. Both events will feature two very special and unique Alarm concert experiences.

On Friday April 12, at the Gramercy TheatreThe Alarm will perform in full, the exact same set list as presented during their historic 'Spirit Of '86 Concert' that was broadcast globally by MTV on April 12, 1986. This anniversary concert will also coincide with the re-release date for The Alarm's STRENGTH album which is being re-mastered and made available in record stores around the world also on April 12, 2019. The title song 'Strength' gave it's name to the Love Hope Strength charity co-founded by three time cancer survivor, Mike Peters in 2007 that has since registered over 150,000 people to the International Bone Marrow Registry and potentially saved over 3,500 lives in the process.

On Saturday April 13The Alarm will perform a second full electric set at the prestigious Irving Plaza in New York, where fans can expect to hear all the very best Alarm music that has resonated with North American audiences since the release of The Stand back in 1983 and endured to the present day, through the release of new album Equals.

Monday Motivation

Vote On November 6th!
Taylor Swift
In light of recent developments in our country today's Monday Motivation comes in the form of voting on November 6th. With one Taylor Swift finally voicing her POV on the matter. Why do I single her out for chiming in? Because of her adoring fan base, millions of young women, who look to Taylor as a role model. "Yes" her voice is gonna make a difference. You go Swift
I’m writing this post about the upcoming midterm elections on November 6th, in which I’ll be voting in the state of Tennessee. In the past I’ve been reluctant to publicly voice my political opinions, but due to several events in my life and in the world in the past two years, I feel very differently about that now. I always have and always will cast my vote based on which candidate will protect and fight for the human rights I believe we all deserve in this country. I believe in the fight for LGBTQ rights, and that any form of discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender is WRONG. I believe that the systemic racism we still see in this country towards people of color is terrifying, sickening and prevalent.
I cannot vote for someone who will not be willing to fight for dignity for ALL Americans, no matter their skin color, gender or who they love. Running for Senate in the state of Tennessee is a woman named Marsha Blackburn. As much as I have in the past and would like to continue voting for women in office, I cannot support Marsha Blackburn. Her voting record in Congress appalls and terrifies me. She voted against equal pay for women. She voted against the Reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act, which attempts to protect women from domestic violence, stalking, and date rape. She believes businesses have a right to refuse service to gay couples. She also believes they should not have the right to marry. These are not MY Tennessee values. I will be voting for Phil Bredesen for Senate and Jim Cooper for House of Representatives. Please, please educate yourself on the candidates running in your state and vote based on who most closely represents your values. For a lot of us, we may never find a candidate or party with whom we agree 100% on every issue, but we have to vote anyway.
So many intelligent, thoughtful, self-possessed people have turned 18 in the past two years and now have the right and privilege to make their vote count. But first you need to register, which is quick and easy to do. October 9th is the LAST DAY to register to vote in the state of TN. Go to vote.org and you can find all the info. Happy Voting! 🗳😃🌈

She Is Busy!

She's "Busy" - But How About That Angry Inch?!
Busy Philipps
With Halloween quickly approaching I thought it was time to get Busy - as in Busy Philipps that is...

Being that Busy has been living up to her name of late promoting and shooting her new talk show for E! Busy Tonight, which premieres October 28th at 10 PM - I thought it fitting she be my first Celebrity in a costume that I love celebrating the spookiest time of the year.

Thus kicking off the first of many famous peeps I present Busy Philipps as Hedwig from Hedwig and the Angry Inch.

Busy really nails the look and feel of the rock singer with a little extra something, something.

Well now it's time for me to get "Busy" and move on to other things minions.

Only 25 more days until Halloween!
