Let's get medical. Corona, Corona, Corona that's all I ever hear! Thus I am giving playing Dr. vibes this week. Yeah, that's me with a stethoscope that's me in the spotlight now...whatever!!!

The difference between In-N-Out Burger and your opinion is asked for an In-N-Out Burger, Double Double with cheese & onions

Let's hyphen it out

Don't make enchiladas if you have fake finger nails

Weinstein 23 - is the new black

It only takes a second to show someone how you feel about them, the Police call in indecent exposure...lame!

You'd better hope and pray that you make it safe back to your own world

Congratulations to Traci Lords on her Best Actor win for "A Tale Of Two Sisters"

Talk about bum cakes, I said talk about them. Do it and do it now!

Monday Motivation

With merely three days to Halloween today's Monday Motivation is the adage "Follow Your Heart."

In keeping with the Season of the Witch I have provided a macabre to some, delightful to others illustration of this.

"Follow Your Heart" is a personal thing that I can not, therefore will not define for you. Let's just say it is for certain not the "Tell-Tale Heart" now that's something really scary! The other can be too just not in a supernatural sort of way.

Thus today I am going to go where my heart leads me. Except I will not have mine outside my body on a leash.

Yeah, if I did that I would be dead, and unable to get my bliss on. Only if I was a Zombie that could work, and then I'd most likely gnaw on it or something to that grotesque effect.

It's time, you have your Monday Motivation mission, get to it minions!

Hump Day & Chill

Heart & Soul
Christopher La Fleur
Just sit right back and you'll hear a Hump Day & Chill tale about artist and model Christopher La Fleur. This particular yarn is brought to you by the ever so talented Tye Briggs via his Favorite Hunks & Other Things blog.

I love this profile! Tye addresses the artist who is also his own work of art. This is something that has always fascinated me as I am cut from like cloth.

Blurred Lines indeed, or not. Christopher is an interesting read and of course he gets naked. "Yes" I went there. However it's all about the piece that accompanies it.

"Yes" that's what kept me feeling fascination.

Kudos to Tye for an excellent job in hitting the heart of an individual's creativity and soul.

Oh, yeah of course you are now ready, steady, go for a Hump Day & Chill, correct?

This is one that pushes all my buttons and then some. I'm sure they will push yours to infinity and beyond!

Just Because...Boots

Come On Boots, Start Walking!
Hilary Duff

Just Because it's Labor Day Weekend and who wants to see a post about that? Just Because her boots are made for walking & just because she stars on Younger - I give you Hilary Duff sporting a bad ass pair of boots whilst walking in West Hollywood, CA.

Luckily this photo was taken before Labor Day being as they are white. We wouldn't want to have to throw Ms. Duff in fashion prison, that would not be very nice.

There is something I have always liked about Duff and obviously I am not alone in that. She has a successful career after all and for that to happen you have to have fans.

I must confess however that I have yet to catch her current endeavor Younger. Word is it's good and I should, and will at some point...cross my heart.

Now aren't you happy?

Queen Of The Billboards, Angelyne

She's Baaaaaack!
Angelyne's Current Billboard

Angelyne, the Hollywood Billboard Queen has been famous for years for doing, well nothing. Long before it was a thing. She was known far and wide for her image on numerous billboards throughout the Hollywood area. Making her Hollywood's unofficial mascot, if you will.

She is also know for driving around the city in a hot pink corvette and everyone in town laying bragging rights to an Angelyne sighting. I remember the first time I spotted her after I arriving in the City of Angels it was like I had seen a unicorn.

Little Pink Corvette
Well after laying low for years and merely jetting around town in her signature pink corvette the Queen is back with a new billboard in Hollywood at the corner of Cahuenga & Yucca. She also has a new single out with the name "Heart" thrown in for good measure.

Hollywood's unofficial mascot has returned and honestly? It's great to have her back, especially in an era of celebrity that she was the forerunner of.

Heartthrob John Stamos

Tell It To My Heart
John Stamos
Proving he is still a heartthrob at 53, John Stamos plays a hot doc in season two of Scream Queens, which in case you haven't guessed is set in a, duh, hospital.

Question? Would you let this guy steal your heart? You answered too late, as you can see he already has!

Jamie Lee Curtis, Lea Michele and the rest of Chanels return along with new comer Taylor Lautner.

Season One of the show started out promising then became a flat out disappointment overall. That being stated being a horror fan of course I will be tuning in to season two, here's hoping they right the previous seasons wrongs.

Can't wait for the premiere? Don't have a heart attack, Scream Queens season two shrieks it's way onto your TV Tuesday September 20th on Fox.

Have A Gwen Stefani Monday

Work It!
Gwen Stefani

Sometimes I post things for no other reason than it made me smile. Well that's what happened when I saw this photo of Gwen Stefani with a heart on her shirt, no sleeves, out and about in Los Angeles.

The coach on The Voice never looks bad from casual to glamour, Gwen always pulls it off.

Of course being beautiful does help too, but Stefani has an uncanny precision in the area of fashion and how to work it.

So have yourself a Gwen Stefani Monday and smile everyone!

No Doubt you will.

True Blood: R.I.P. Alcide

Joe Manganiello as Alcide
Yes, True Blood fans our favorite Werewolf hunk, Alcide met his demise in last night's episode of the series final season.

Were any of you shocked? I for one wasn't, after Tara met the true death in the season premiere and knowing this is the last season my instinct immediately kicked in and said to me: They are going to be killing off a lot of characters this year.

Mark my words this is not the end of other loved characters dying...

Let's face it even though Alcide was a real stand up Werewolf sort of guy and great eye candy, he really was not necessary to the story line.

Joe Manganiello who played the too cool for school Alcide had this to say about his character's death:

I called it pretty early on. As soon as Sookie and Alcide got together, I remember turning to a friend and saying, “I’m dead.” You can’t go anywhere from that; she needs to settle up with Bill and Eric. You can’t have her break Alcide’s heart, because then the audience is going to be angry with her for breaking the nice guy’s heart. I told my friend, “I bet you everything I own that I’m dead.” The other side of it is, if you look at all the other characters, Alcide no longer has anything to do with the story. If you talk about characters that you could kill and make an impact with, I was probably No. 1 on that list. Why would you keep me around? All Alcide ever did was get in the way. I had dinner with [showrunner] Brian Buckner and he cited all the same reasons I just told you.

Bye Alcide you will be missed.

Trevor Hall is King of the Forest...

Singer songwriter Trevor Hall surprised his fans with the sudden release of his new 12-track album Chapter of the Forest. The album, which debuted at #3 on the iTunes Singer/Songwriter chart and #17 on the iTunes Overall Albums chart, is available now via iTunes and the Vanguard Records store. Hall posted the announcement yesterday morning via Facebook with the following note: “Dear Villagers, IN FULLNESS OF HEART, I know a lot of y’all have been asking when the new album comes out.  Just wanted to let you know that it comes out……TOMORROW!"

The 12 songs on Chapter of the Forest were born during a yearlong sabbatical where Hall returned to his beloved India, Nepal, Vermont, and Maine, and spent that time in deep reflection and spiritual connection embracing life-altering events. Hall explains in his own words, “This album is inspired by simplicity, by the roots of life, and by the beauty that one finds in solitude and in nature.  I am more excited than ever before due to the fact that this is the first record that I have done entirely on my own…purely from the heart.”
