Baby Got "Body"
From Shaking Your Booty To Movin' Your Body - KC and the Sunshine Band!
For over 40 years, KC and the Sunshine Band have been bringing people together on the dance floor. Today is no different, with the release of their latest single “Movin’ Your Body.” Written by founder Harry Wayne Casey (KC), the track has already impacted the Billboard Dance Chart at No. 46 and is his fourth consecutive Billboard Dance charting single. The infectious song is exactly what the doctor ordered from KC and the Sunshine Band. The deluxe remix collection available everywhere June 9th features hot versions served up by a who's-who of dance floor deliverers, including the legendary Tony Moran and Brian Cua, Ralphi Rosario, Eric Kupper, Bob Rosa, LA Rush, Vauxhill, Joe Gillan, Serbiscan and Mark Hagan. The Eric Kupper mixes are available now on Amazon Music, Google Play, Apple Music / iTunes, Spotify and more!
The accompanying lyric video debuted on Billboard.com Friday.
“With all the tension in the world right now, I wanted to write a song to help people escape and leave their worries behind,” says Casey. “I want people to get onto the dance floor and shake their booty, like we did in the old days and are still doing today.”

Wonder Woman Friday
Wonder Women Gal Gadot & Lynda Carter |
Since I stumbled upon the set stage for the Wonder Woman premiere before it began last week in Hollywood I thought I might as well give the movie's opening space on my blog.
I mean seriously couldn't we all use Wonder Woman in our lives stat? With a rouge President and and uncertain future for the U.S. she is exactly the voice and presence the world needs ASAP!
Whether I see the film or not, it is getting great reviews and leading lady Gal Gadot has been deemed a worthy successor to Lynda Carter who made the character famous on television.
Also the photo taken at the premiere above of Lynda passing the proverbial torch to Gal put a smile on my face. After this past week, this is personally what I needed, and I feel it is a pretty safe bet the majority of you feel the same.
So this weekend unleash your inner Wonder Woman, and use your powers for the betterment of the world we live in.
That goes for you too men, we all have a Wonder Woman in us!

Michael's Musings
Give Me A Hand Michael Shinafelt |
Let's get topical!
So sorry to hear one of my favorite people Olivia Newton-John's cancer has returned. Sending my love.
Also sorry to hear about the passing of my friend, singer Mike Clifford's cousin Elena Verdugo of Marcus Welby M.D. fame.
For the record I can't stand Donald Trump, but do not condone Kathy Griffin's attention whore move. Also I can't stand Kathy either.
At this point in my musings do now get why this week can kiss my Covfefe?
On this weeks Pretty Little Liars...Aria was a twat, but I felt the Alison and Emily love!
Sun Kissed Darren Criss |
Is your wig squeezing your head too tight, heifer?
Some guy living out of a trailer on the street asked me if I wanted to get high this week. The more you know.
Sea Cucumber ovaries, it's what's for dinner
You will have broccoli, after U By Kotex (inside joke) -
I wonder if wearing a romper would make my ass look huge?

Coming Soon: "Madhouse"
Those F@cking Evil Twins!
Madhouse [Blu-ray + DVD] (6/13)
MANY PEOPLE VISIT ... NO ONE EVER LEAVES.
An Italian production shot entirely in Savannah, Georgia, Madhouse (aka And When She Was Bad and There Was a Little Girl) fuses slasher elements with the over-the-top excess of '80s Italian terror - resulting in a cinematic bloodbath so gut-wrenching that the British authorities saw fit to outlaw it as a "video nasty".
Helmed by legendary producer/director Ovidio Assonitis, the man behind such cult favourites as The Visitor and Piranha II: The Spawning, Madhouse is a crimson-soaked tale of sibling rivalry taken to a terrifying and bloody extreme.
Julia has spent her entire adult life trying to forget the torment she suffered at the hands of her twisted twin Mary... but Mary hasn't forgotten. Escaping hospital, where she's recently been admitted with a horrific, disfiguring illness, Julia's sadistic sister vows to exact a particularly cruel revenge on her sibling this year - promising a birthday surprise that she'll never forget.

Double Vision
My Daughter, My Mother Rumer Willis & Demi Moore |
"That moment when you realize you actually are becoming your mother" - Rumer Willis
It's the day after the Memorial Day Weekend and I am sure some of us are quite hungover and some of us (me) not. So if you think you are seeing double presently, don't flip out, you are!
Yep, this is a side by side image of Dancing With The Stars champ Rumer Willis and her Mom Demi Moore. Dressed exactly alike and playing head games with us all.
Rumer used the opening quote when she posted this photo on her Instagram with the hash tag #imnotmad - That's good you aren't Rumer because there's not a whole lot you can do about it other than drastic plastic, surgery that is. But why would you?! Your Mother is quite the looker and you could do worse than be her doppelganger.
So douse some drops on those boozy eyes, or not and get on with your week. Enjoy this messing with your vision moment courtesy of Rumer, Demi & Moi.

Memorial Day
Not Tanning Elle Fanning |
Well nothing says fun in the sun like being at Cannes during the Film Festival. Witness actress Elle Fanning enjoying the sun, but "not tanning," as she puts it on the shores of Cannes.
Elle never disappoints on the red carpet, she always slays in her choice of fashion. Well it looks like she can add swimwear to that section of her resume now as well. Seriously how many celebrities have you seen looking this stylish in a bikini? Yeah, I thought so.
This makes me want to pack my bags and hit the French shore next year, hey you never know what life has in store for you, that could happen, or not.
Have terrific Memorial Day no matter what it is you are doing.
Ciao!
