Just Because... "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit"

Pals
Mariska Hargitay & Peter Gallagher
Just Because it will become the longest running TV Drama in history this season, twenty-one years and counting. Just Because it is one of my favorite TV Shows ever & Just Because Mariska Hargiaty is terrific as Olivia Benson. Here she is along with another actor I like, Peter Gallagher on the set the upcoming record breaking season in NYC.

It never ceases to amaze me how intricate, clever and compelling Law and Order: SVU storylines are. The coolest thing about them is they start out headed in one direction and more often than not veer off into another one you would have never thought. "Yes" snd they all make logical sense.

Along with top notch actors, the writers are amazing as well. When I see these stories unfold, as a writer I think to myself "Wow! How did they come up with that?!"

To keep a show going this many years and maintain the quality and keep it's audience is no small feat.

Congratulations to all involved I am looking forward to this season dropping, can't wait to watch!

Monday Motivation

Pump It Jam!
Gal Gadot
Today's Monday Motivation is the heavy topic of weightlifting, something that I recently discovered at the age of 53. I attempted lifting in my twenties and couldn't stand it. Then post my fifty pound weight loss I was told by someone close to me that I would start lifting weights. Well this person used to be a trainer and I told them if they wanted me to do that they would coach me on what they thought I should do and how to proceed correctly.

They did, and I now do! I F#cking enjoy lifting weights now. I think I figured out why. There is more to it than bulking up, also at this point in my life anything I do, I am doing for myself. Another reason, is I now know how to do each set of weights I was assigned to do with properly and with intent. Meaning I like the control I have while engaging in this form of exercise.

For visual inspiration on this Monday I bring you Wonder Woman herself Gal Gadot hitting those beasts and hitting them hard! As her T-Shirt says: JOCK and indeed she is...!!!

Take that Monday!

Silly Sunday

Since I am feeling Silly on a Sunday and Taylor Swift is in the spotlight right here, right now I thought it would let the good times roll and post her goofy AF Got Milk? ad.

First off let me state I am NOT a milk drinker. I can't stand it, but Taylor apparently does judging from her milk stache bringing all the boys to the yard.

All of the Got Milk? ads are sublime in how ridiculous they are, but Swifty gets the singling out for this Silly Sunday

Now get out there and get yourself some...

Mooooooo!

Basically, we have a really interesting conversation and in the end, we will all be better people with clean homes that we don’t mind driving to and from.”

“We are thrilled to be working with Margaret, who is a model for iconoclastic women everywhere, and also just a deeply kind, funny person,” says Earios co-founder Priyanka Mattoo. “We have been so fortunate she’s joined us on this adventure, and are excited for listeners to experience the warmth and curiosity that infuses every episode of THE MARGARET CHO!”

Hump Day & Chill

His Is Coming
Sean Lamont
OK, today you are going to Hump Day & Chill to what I consider male perfection in the form of  Scottish Rugby Player Sean Lamont, who has gotten naked for the camera, not to mention life drawing classes several times.

You know what that means don't you? "Yes" it means I've procured a link from Tye Briggs Favorite Hunks & Other Things you to see what a big boy Mr. Lamont is. Not to mention his firm, supple booty.

That's correct minions the man looks delicious coming and going. Can I get an Amen??? On your knees then...

Well I personally am having a hard time containing my enthusiasm, so I'm gonna get this Hump Day & Chill started.

It's time to play ball at the link below.
