Death Has Blue Eyes
Death Has Blue Eyes is a gripping paranormal action thriller with shades of giallo from the director of the cult classic video nasty Island of Death (1976).
When local gigolo Chess (Chris Nomikos) greets his vacationing friend Bob Kovalski (Peter Winter) at Athens airport, the pair embark on a string of scams and erotic dalliances that eventually lead them into contact with an elegant wealthy woman, Geraldine Steinwetz (Jessica Dublin), and her glamorous daughter Christine (Maria Aliferi). Geraldine blackmails the two cheeky bachelor boys into acting as bodyguards for Christine, whom it transpires has telepathic abilities and has had her eye on them for some time. After fleeing from a series of assassination attempts, it soon becomes clear that Geraldine herself might not be quite whom she seems, as the two young men find themselves caught up in a political conspiracy of international dimensions.

Monday Vibes
Crazy, Sexy, Cool Dan Levy |
While I didn't watch the Screen Actors Guild Awards last night (to be honest even in a regular awards season I don't watch them either) I did spy this photo of Dan Levy of Schitt's Creek fame from the to do, looking like a cream dream and giving off some seriously cool Monday Vibes.
This is one of the more original, yet stylish and cooler than you'll ever be, ensembles I have ever seen a dude wear to an awards show.
It almost makes me wish I was into fashion, yeah, I know, it may sound like I am from the above statement, but truly I simply notice when something pops and is out of the ordinary, otherwise...meh.
So today's vibe world is "cool" -
Get out there and be your own Dan Levy and bend it!

Happy Easter, Bunny!
Got Basket? Farrah Fawcett |
Every year we celebrate Easter and every year I find some sort of image to commemorate it. Usually something that's functional and uninspired. Well this year I struck Easter Egg gold when I came across this photo of the late beauty, actress Farrah Fawcett.
"Yes" Minions this year I celebrate Easter with a photo of Ms. Fawcett dressed as the Easter Bunny! OK, maybe she was dressed as a Playboy Bunny, if that's the case how much more fun is that?!
So break out out your Cadbury Eggs, go on that Easter Egg hunt and drink Mimosas, yeah, it's that kind of a day...
Happy Easter!

Alighted
Garden Broom Recordings Set to Release
Resurfaced EP
Debut by New Electronic Artist
Alighted
Chronicling Recent Cancer Experience
~
Lead Single “Resurfaced” out April 2
EP out April 16, 2021
Garden Broom Recordings announces its next release, the Resurfaced EP, by founder, producer, and creative technologist, McLean Macionis, under his new moniker, Alighted, out April 16, 2021. The 4-track EP follows the label’s inaugural release by experimental duo NMND, of which Macionis is a member. Alighted’s debut is a collection of tracks forged from warm analog sounds, raw field recordings, and diffuse granular textures. Drawing inspiration from a personal health crisis, the EP is a unified odyssey complete with moments of hardship and bliss as expressed through the technology that is essential to the artist’s creative practice. The title track and lead single, “Resurfaced,” will arrive on April 2, 2021. To learn more about Alighted, please visit https://linktr.ee/alighted.
The EP chronicles the artist as he comes to grips with his new identity both personally and artistically following a cancer diagnosis. “Imagine a distressed bird flying through an endless sky searching for a place to land. That was my experience following the initial diagnosis, subsequent surgery, and treatment. I was desperate to settle my mind so that I could begin to process the tremendous physical and mental shock.” The image of the bird in search of a place to rest resonated deeply with Macionis so much so that he adopted the moniker Alighted, a verb that describes how a bird descends and eventually settles.

With his newfound identity, Macionis went to work channeling his internal experience through music. “Every track begins at the piano. I usually create a rough sketch, a recording of the melody or harmony, and then focus on realizing the idea using other instruments.” During the production process, Macionis elected to search outside of the computer for the right sounds and instruments to execute his visions. This search prompted him to use drum machines, analog synthesizers, and field recordings as the backbone of the EP’s sound palette.

Walking The Pooch
Man's Best Friend Jon Hamm |
While I am fully aware that "Walking The Pooch" is a euphemism that means....well look it up. In this case it is a literal thing, and for that my wandering eyes are quite grateful. Especially since it takes on the form of one Jon Hamm.
"Yes" Minions it's Jon Hamm letting his dog out for a walk in Los Angeles and what a sight to behold it is! Especially since he's doing it in shorts that show off his great legs.
However one thing seems to have changed, does Mr. Hamm no longer freeball? Now don't tell me none of you remember the notorious "Hamm" in Jon's sweatpants photos of him going sans underwear. That sight was real and spectacular and from the looks of it he does not seem to have released the Kraken, or maybe the camera angle hides it.
Bummer!!!
