With the arrival of the trailer for Scream 5 I was reminded of how sexy David Arquette is. "Yes" Deputy Dewey is our Hump Day & Chill dude for the day. Hey, the above photo is pretty darned studly if you ask me.

Also it helps that I have met the real deal and seen him in action. David is so charming and sexy IRL, trust me on that. The women in line for the bathroom were practically throwing themselves at him when I attended the private Sheryl Crow concert at the El Rey in Los Angeles some years ago. 

Not to mention he made one delectable Dr. Frank-N-Furter in The Rocky Horror Picture Show on stage. He gave some serious sex vibes in his portrayal of the "Sweet Transvestite."

Yep David Arquette is the man, and now he is an official Entertain Me Hump Day & Chill poster guy.

20 More Days...!!!

I would be a bad Halloween fan if I did not seize the opportunity to post H20 with, well 20 days until Halloween, duh!

Thus that's it, that's today's post. 

What's that you ask? Did I like H20? It's not bad Minions, I actually watched it again for the first time since seeing it in a movie theater this past week and well, it holds up. It is actually better than I remembered it being TBH.

Personally, and I know there are those who would not agree with this, I like the 2018 sequel better. But H20 isn't bad, the 2018 model was more intense is why I like it best.

There you have it, I drew blood on which one I like more.

Look it's Carole Baskin! No It's Kate McKinnon as Carole Baskin to be exact. "Yes" Minions it's filming, the mini-series no one asked for but we are getting Joe Exotic based on the Netflix docu-series Tiger King.

Kate McKinnon is obviously portraying Baskin in it for Peacock. Baskin as you may or may not recall (depending on whether or not you saw Tiger King) was accused by Joe Exotic of feeding her husband Don Lewis to a tiger.

Needless to say I love Kate and thinks she will slay in the role. This being stated honestly the actual show was so surreal does one really need a fictionalized account of it?

Perhaps the creative team behind this endeavor will do something that will truly be unique and surprising.

In the meantime bask in all the glory that is Kate, bask I said!!!

Drew is perfection as Glinda right down to the personality, if you've seen her talk show you know this about her. Thus it really comes as no surprise she chose her as her Halloween alter ego. 

So why don't we all click our heels together and repeat after me three times "I can't wait for Halloween..."

Film Buff Friday: The Birds

Since "tis the season" this week we are going to take a gander at Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds. I have seen The Birds a handful of times. The last being on the roof of the Ricardo Montalban Theater in Hollywood for their, what else, rooftop screening series.

It was great seeing it outdoors on a big screen in the heart of Hollywood. I had merely seen it on TV the other times. It was an experience I will never forget!
