Thus our beloved Buffy the Vampire Slayer always has something at hand to get the job done. She is never lacking in the hands on department and she has a hand and then some.

Wow! Who knew all it would take for me to notice Josh was not coloring his hair?

Seeing Red (Dress)

This ended up being the week of "seeing red" twice here on Entertain Me. While black is my favorite color, red is a close second. The main reason I like black is it looks good on me and goes with everything. I wished I could rock red nearly as well.

All this being stated Jennifer Hudson looks amazing in this red number she is sporting out and about in London. But WTF? with the fuzzy slippers Miss Thang? 

While I am not a fashion plate, those slippers are silly with a dress that compliments you to perfection and vice versa.  

Sometimes we simply can't have it all. A pair of black shoes, flats would have complimented this dress nicely. Hey, I would never sentence a woman to heels as I know I could never sport them myself.

Moving on, Jennifer you look absolutely fabulous, keep on doing you.

Seeing Red (Sparrow)

Here we are at the premiere of Red Sparrow in London yesterday. Red Sparrow opens March 2 and stars Jennifer Lawrence as some sort of dominatrix spy who kicks ass at here job, but actually has a conscience. Um, not sure how that's going to work when jobs like that usually require the constitution of a robot, but if she didn't have any moral compass there would be no movie.

Moving on up I presume. Personally I am on the fence about this one, it would have to get spectacular reviews for me to even consider stepping foot into a theater. Isn't that always the case with me? Nod your head "yes."

This being stated I am sure Jennifer will knock it out of the park!

Monday Motivation

While I know today is Presidents' Day, that does not mean it is necessarily time off from the gym. Therefore some Monday Motivation is in order.

Some of you may or may not be in the loop that I do yoga once a week. It is not my favorite thing, but my body is addicted to it, and I listen to my body talk. 

Well I am trying to up it to twice a week and I needed something, or someone to motivate me to take it today. Hence this shot of Robert Downey Jr. in yoga action.

Honestly I am quite impressed with how flexible he is, something I am not. Which going more than once a week would improve on that situation. 

Robert and myself are also the same age, 52. Also considering everything he has been through in his life and the fact that he can commit to the ancient art and do it well...that's motivation for you!

So, I am going to bend it like RDJ today and step up my yoga game.
