Searching the WWW this ayem for some sort of Hump Day inspiration I scrolled across this nude selfie of Colton Haynes and became immediately inspired if you get my drift.

There is something about Colton that really gets my blood pumping. Is it that handsome face? Those baby blues? Well partly, but what really grabbed me about this image is Boys got butt! 

"Yes" Colton's ass is truly inspiring and gets my creative juices going and flowing. He is Hump Day & Chill perfection the first Wednesday of 2018. Next week I will have moved on to someone new, but for now, take in the beauty of Colton's booty. Say that three times fast, c'mon I dare you.

Time to attend to those creative juices I mentioned earlier. Ciao, and make it werk!

The time has come to say "Get off your dead ass and do something" - yep I took some much needed down time during the New Year celebration now it's time to "Get Into The Groove" again.

Meaning hitting spin this AM, weighing in and crossing my fingers that I still have only gained three pounds of Holiday weight as I did treat myself to In-N-Out Burger yesterday, hey it was New Year's Day what else was I supposed to do?!

For some reason while browsing the WWW upon waking today, January 2nd of 2018 this image of Britney Spears performing in Vegas on NYE caught my fancy and is fueling me with inspiration. No, I am not really a fan of hers, but, I do like a handful of songs she has done here and there. From the looks of the stage she is performing one of my faves of hers Circus. 

"All the eyes on me in the center of the ring, Just like a circus
When I crack that whip, everybody goin' trip, Just like a circus" 

This sums it up for me today to perfection, on with the show! Have a good one peeps!

Be Bold, Be Brave

As I sit here on the first full day of 2018 in Los Angeles, CA I am wondering what wisdom one can impart this New Year's Day? 

The quote I used for today's byline: "Be Bold, Be Brave" is how I live my life everyday no matter what. It's my mantra, and passing it on to you was what I thought I could do today. 

This is something everyone has in them and that they should strive for, nothing is worse than a life half lived due to fear. Take it from someone who has been there and done that. Change is possible if you want it bad enough. Life is one of those things that you get back what you put into it.

On that note I hope all of you had a happy & safe New Year's Eve and this post finds you in the most festive of moods. 

What did I do? Well I can't disclose that completely but let's just say it involved a visit from my favorite witch and...

New Year, New...

You Make Me Feel, Mighty Real

Well it's here, New Year's Eve has arrived! 2018 here we come! So let's cut to the chase, if there is one completely asinine NYE sentiment it has to be: "New Year, New Me" - Ummmmmmm, OK how in the F#ck is that going to happen?!

The things going on with you from last year aren't going to magically disappear at the stroke of midnight, they will carry over. Not to mean that is a bad thing, it simply means you are still going to be you. Sure you can work to improve yourself, in many ways like your health, taking a class and learning something new or being the change you want to see in the world. But new you, WTF?!

All we can do is the best we can by constantly striving to become our authentic selves in service to a better world to inhabit. Thus I never make New Year's resolutions they are only a recipe for failure and I am constantly working on bettering my world all year long. 

Basically all NYE means is it's a different year. Nothing more. 

Happy 2018 and may you you strive to become a better you everyday!

Who's That Girl?

Who's that hiding behind those sunglasses rocking an animal print bikini? It's Sharon Stone, bitch, and guess what? She's 59 years young!

It seems Ms. Stone has found the fountain of youth or perhaps has a portrait in the attic as she puts most women half her age to shame.

Sharon looks terrific dressed down or up. In fact while choosing an image for today's post I debated whether to feature her looking stunning in a glamorous gown or posting her in this bikini. Ultimately the two piece won. My reasoning was this, if you are going to show how great 59 looks make sure it's all out there to view. It's very inspiring!

As I sit drinking my smoothie before spin class it also drives home that I have lost 24 lbs and am 52. "Yes" 50 is indeed looking like the new 30 more and more peeps. 

Get inspired to be your personal best in 2018, the effect it will have on your life is amazing!

This image of Hugh Jackman demonstrating his juggling skills on The Graham Norton Show perfectly sums up my life at present. The Greatest Showman star is telling me life, mine in partik is like a circus. Hey that's what it meant to me when I saw it, feel free to assign your own meaning, please.

You may be thinking WTF?! Christmas is over. Yes, but my life is firing on all cylinders people, things I laid the ground work for this past year are coming to fruition, in every part of my Big Top extravaganza. 

So today December 29 the last Friday of 2017 I leave you with the amazing Mr. Jackman and his balls to contemplate.
